He's a complete failure, he has no power, he is as inept as he is clueless.
In almost 7 years, all he managed to do was veto stem cell research funding, he failed at every other agenda item.
Any sane person would call it a day.

Because his advisers think it's a better idea if Bush
doesn't know how people really feel about him.
No lie, I watched one of his advisors say this in an interview.

So in other words, Bush is totally clueless about how
he's viewed.
Just think of all the other things Bush knows nothing about.
Explaining alot of things.

Why didn't Bill Clinton "just resign" after he was impeached?

If George W. Bush does resign, Dick Cheney will become President!

he doesn't resign because he doesn't see any of those things as being his fault or a problem. He's doing the best he can with the brain he's got (sad isn't it?).
