Chia-Duran. Chia-Duran, a native of Mexico, is accused of molesting an 8-month-old girl. When the girl was brought to Southern Regional Medical Center, on Dec. 25, she had 30 bruises on her body, her ribs, vertebrae and skull were fractured, leaving her paralyzed. She had blood in her diaper, her brain was bleeding, and physical evidence suggested she had been molested.

Turner said about 100 pages of single-spaced medical records, verified by more than five doctors, is “unrefutable” evidence against Chia-Duran. Chia-Duran faces a possible maximum sentence of 60 years in prison.

Turner argued there was no evidence of “harm or prejudice,” because Chia-Duran wasn’t told of his right to seek help from the Mexican consulate, and the detectives had no way of knowing the man wasn’t an American citizen.

“He didn’t tell police he was a foreign national,” Turner said. “The police dealt with him they way they would with any citizen.”

I'm a owner operator and got hurt unloading my trailer,insurance company mishandled my claim so much and the company I was leased to terminated my contract and the hospital that released me back to work without even ex-ray to make sure I was ok to drive my truck and when the pain wasn't going away called insurance company they said to use the same claim number , so I did and finally they let my docter order a bone scan and then he refurred me to a nueroligist and after almost a year the insurrance company agreed to pay for a mri which concluded my docters fidings that if I don't get surgery I will become crippled. Tried to get disabilty they said I made to much I did not qualify and the attorney I retained seems to have gotten scared. So if there are any attorneys that not affraid of taking on these major corporations please could you email me at speedbumps83@yahoo.com

Here is my problem. I signed up for the no call list last year. But lately I have been getting a repeated phone call from 1-888-492-4099.
When I answer a man's voice says, "hello". If I say hello then a recording will come on telling me about some credit card or something.
I cannot tell them to take me off of their call list because it is a recording. When I re-dial the number, an operator comes in and tells me that the number is disconnected.
I am ferious about this and don't know where to turn to make the phone calls stop. I get one to two phone calls from this recording a day.
Can anyone tell me what to do?

People become conservative when they have a family and go to church . So they become delusional and finally have someone uneducated enough to follow their rules .
In bed at 8 , no violent TV , clean your room , take out the trash ,cut the lawn ,and it just gets worse till you leave vowing never to do that to your kids .
Then you get a job and follow orders all day and complain with your friends while you consume massive amounts of beer .
Then you meet that special woman and start a family . This is when you revert to your conservative indoctrination of do as I told you or else . This is my house and when you have your own you can run it the way you want .
Conservative must mean boss because we all know how stupid the boss is right .

Personally, I am past the point of caring what people call me. I believe what I believe and that's it. I don't believe in giving amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants. Many of my neighbors are being forced to move because we are being squeezed out. I am thinking about moving too. My neighborhood used to be nice, now I have seen hispanic gang members walking down the street. My truck was stolen from in front of my house recently.

I am for Hilary Clinton, because I agree with her thoughts on domestic programs, and that we definitely need to be spending more money on domestic issues before hypocritically trying to perfect other nations. Most of my friends (I am in High School, so most conversations about politics are really incompetent) say "If Hilary wins the election, I'm moving to Canada!" and then laugh like they said the most original joke out there. I ask them why they think Hilary would be such a bad president, and they don't have a true answer. I truly think it's because one person who opposes having a woman president started to say Hilary would be a horrible president, and so many people followed for they had no true opinion on the election, they just wanted to appear like they know about politics. I just want to know why people are against Hilary, and I want intelligent political answers here, not just that she's a bitc* (if she was a man she would be considered tough).
