Sometimes I want to smack you..other times like now I respect what you write. I can at times place in you in troll land, other times I can't. I think block is a nice option for people like mefeelsgreat, kim, matt...those types. You shouldn't get that same respect, you at least have a good thought here and there.

As some one you would consider on the left, I think the whole blocking thing is appalling. If I do not want to answers some ones question i don't and if I don't like an answer to one of mine I give it a thumbs down. It is just plain silly to block people. What happened to free speech.

I do notice though that you are one of the few people on the right who do not change their identity every week or block the ability to send email. I appreciate that (though i don't think I have ever emailed you) as it shows courage of convictions, something missing on both sides here lately.

I am not blocking you princess but as I said in another post to a question the left is also acting like they are conservative Republicans with their avatar names but then when you read their propaganda answers or worse you get an email from them you see their true colors as the liberation army of the communist republic of the US

You should fall to the ground screaming and kicking until you get your way . And organize Public Protests inviting all the looney tunes to join you . And don't forget to be hypocritical too .

And then once you have their attention. . . .You can tell them to " Stick your dissent is the highest form of patriotism up your as$ !

If that doesn't work , I would suggest a tall cool beverage , perhaps a nice wine cooler or something a bit heavier like Cuervo Gold .

People do take their politics very seriously. I am one of them. I believe people are so high-strung over politics, because some are afraid of losing their freedoms, and choices. Think of Boulder, Colorado. They have turned completely Liberal, and are even teaching in schools, that doing drugs, like ecstasy, is okay. And encouraging these young kids to have free sex with many partners. I don't think that is okay, or even close to moral. If we don't pay close attention, and laugh at the ridiculousness, of Liberal politics, our other cities may end up like Boulder, and we will have lost our ability to fight against control of the people, and our own children's education. Parents in Boulder already have. The school is now teaching moral values to our children, instead of us parents. There is something very wrong with that! I will continue to be serious about politics, and my personal freedom, along with the future freedom of my 9 year old son. If we don't, we lose.

Any person who blocks you is most of the problem with these 10 cent philosophers and our "Representatives" in DC. they only want to cry about the extreme and NEVER intelligently listen to the other side of the aisle( this goes for both sides on this site and in DC) they have closed minds to compromise. Maybe the country ought to change its initials to M.E. instead of U.S.

I don't think I've been blocked by anyone, yet. But I'm sure I will. I think that the Block This User option is just a way to stifle opinions that a person doesn't agree with. I don't use it because I welcome all types of opinions and discourse. Unless, of course, there's vulgar name calling, then I just report them.

No do not be upset.
Perhaps they are intimidated by you.
I block people, but not because I disagree with them politically, usually they say blatantly racist, ignorant things.
No need to hear their crap.

Troll block feature has been used equally by both sides, dear.

There are obviously people that we don't want responding to our questions.

The significant difference is: are you really posting a question, or just a troll land mine?

Be thankful. In the long run it does two things for you:
1. They know you've got teir number and can school them on all of their crazy talk.
2. It will save you the hassle and stress of trying to educate those in our society who are happily misguided.
