Chia-Duran. Chia-Duran, a native of Mexico, is accused of molesting an 8-month-old girl. When the girl was brought to Southern Regional Medical Center, on Dec. 25, she had 30 bruises on her body, her ribs, vertebrae and skull were fractured, leaving her paralyzed. She had blood in her diaper, her brain was bleeding, and physical evidence suggested she had been molested.

Turner said about 100 pages of single-spaced medical records, verified by more than five doctors, is “unrefutable” evidence against Chia-Duran. Chia-Duran faces a possible maximum sentence of 60 years in prison.

Turner argued there was no evidence of “harm or prejudice,” because Chia-Duran wasn’t told of his right to seek help from the Mexican consulate, and the detectives had no way of knowing the man wasn’t an American citizen.

“He didn’t tell police he was a foreign national,” Turner said. “The police dealt with him they way they would with any citizen.”

I agree with what you said. Many Americans HATE the way that Mexico is down there...but they are Oh, poor people...just want a better life! That is a bunch of BS! Maybe a FEW of the people that may be...but they bring along with them people like this!

The real problem is how much crime that is being committed by illegals that is not being reported by the media, or if there is coverage there is no mention of the person being an illegal alien. Wake up people! Disease is on the rise, polio and measles are back in this country after being wiped out. Our children and women are being raped. Our countrymen are being murdered. Introduce only 1 new food every 3 days or once a week to make sure she doesn't have allergies ( rash, diarhhea) microwave potatoes, white and sweet boiled baby carrots until soft any meats that you cook only without seasoning finely mashed or pureed ( after veggies have been introduced) butternut squash( frozen is good and saves time) peas (mash with fork) bananas no sugar added peaches or pears if using canned (diced small) fresh peaches, pears, apples, mangos, papaya ( peel, boil and mash or dice into small pieces when molars come mashed rice (mix with breastmilk or formula) mashed beans ( mix with breastmilk or formula) Do not give eggs, nuts, citrus, onions (allergies/ezcema)or spinach and broccoli ( nitrates) until baby is over one years old. Hope it helps, good luck! I would give only fruits and veggies and wait on meat until 9 months. Babies change eating habits as they get older so get all the good stuff in while you can.

I wouldn't generalize all immigrants that way.

HOWEVER, it is highly unfair that with all the evidence against him, he is allowed to use the law to work for him as if he were a U.S. Citizen. I hope they know even if they are given amnesty, they will not be immuned from future crimes.

That is the catalyst that will trigger a lot of hatred toward any person that may be thought of as an illegal.

What the **** ever!

Yeah, we had a Mexican national shoot and kill a Denver cop point-blank in the head a couple of years ago (a second cop was seriously wounded). He fled to Mexico, and at first the Mexican government wouldn't hand him over because the US (and Colorado) has the death penalty. We had to bargain with those assholes and offer him life in prison... so now he's back in the US getting fed and sheltered.

That's justice for you...

There was a case last June in Mexia, Texas, where to illegals raped, tortured and left for dead an 18 year old girl. Does anyone know if this has ever gone to trial?
Thank goodness the girl survived, but what nightmares she must wake up to.

Be realistic - there's an evil percentage of EVERY population. I'm sure you're not saying that Mexicans are more likely to engage in this sort of behavior than Americans are...

But, because he commited this crime here, he shoule be subject to our death penalty. Deportation is no longer an option, for him.
