an attorney, when in fact over 90% of attorneys are incompetent?

One can attain a Law degree easily, it's a no-brainer.

It gives "the People" the right to "keep and bear arms" as part of a "well-regulated militia".

Legally allowed to purchase a gun as a resident (permanent) alien. No criminal record. Very intelligent and educated. Koreans are known to be extremely hard-working and motivated.

Our constitution gives us the rights to bear arms. Clearly nuclear weapons, which are technically arms, shouldn't be legal for any person to own. And most would agree a grenade launcher should also be banned.

Who here thinks the law should be enforced? What should the sentence(jail time) be? We agreed people who sleep with other people before waiting for marriage are breaking the law. The law will encourage a very high percentage of people to choose abstinence. For instance, doing drugs will land you in jail and this acts as a deterrant to drug usage.
