Um, do you have a law degree? I'm also assuming that all the Republicans who hold office that are lawyers are also dumb? Granted, I'm not a lawyer, but I have worked for and with them for years, and true, some are not very bright, but this little thing called the bar exam is pretty tough.

I suppose that Obama's ability to be the first black president of the Harvard Law Review also makes him dumb?

Or the fact that he has taught the Constitution to law students?

Perhaps his real-life experience as a community organizer - a position in which he actually worked with the constituents he represents, unlike *most* politicians on both sides of the aisle - doesn't qualify him either?

And actually, have you ever heard him speak? He writes most of his speeches, unlike Bush, and when he speaks extemporaneously, he is thoughtful and eloquent.

And I fail to see your credentials posted as to why you can be such a critic. Truly, your absence of wit or originality in your question shows your incompetence in your evaluation of Obama, and I, for one, am excited to see the flailing attempts at discrediting him.

Well, he seems like a reasonably intelligent person who did obtain a degree from Harvard. He also taught constitutional law at the University of Chicago. Not a university given to hiring dummies. I don't know either one of you, but comparing your tirade to the last time I heard him speak, his intelligence would not be under question. Yours? If I took this question as an example I would be wondering if you got your degree (you do have one right?) at Whattsamatta U.

Where did you obtain your easy law degree? I would like to go there. Gee, I must be lucky I know only the 10% of competent attorneys. I have heard of a few of the others but never dealt with any.

Lets go to the REAL reasons. He isn't from a wealthy, upper-class family, with a (paid in cash to the hands of the director's) Yale degree, like almost every conservative candidate to the presidency of the US.
And he has (by whatever means, the less moral the better, because it shows his efficiency and wits) somehow archieved to reach the top of the Democratic Party

He is smart compared to the rest of the lot of them, but regardless of his intellect, he is a danger to our country and musn't and won't get elected thankfully.
