I noticed this new policy in Texas at Walmart. Is it a law? Can I refuse and still buy beer? Sure I know I can go elsewhere but if it's a law what is the use? Anyone have a link to the law if it exist?

So many people talk about this, and maybe it's just me, but sometimes I can't help feeling that republicans have a hard time opening their eyes.

I really don't mean to offend, I just am tired of hearing republicans say we need to stay in Iraq to prevent a future attack.. and I'm thinking "what?" ...Iraq never attacked us to begin with, and it's documented that hatred towards the U.S. has actually gone up dramatically in the middle east since we've been there. We're really not helping ourselves.

My boyfriend's status as an F-1 student is in severe jeopardy. He failed to extend his I-20 in a proper time frame (since December) and therefore, he is currently out-of-status. He only has one class left in order to graduate and obtain his bachelor's degree. I'm not sure why he neglected to file the necessary paperwork to extend his stay here in the U.S. For the past two months I've encouraged him to file a reinstatement letter with the help of his school and a lawyer. Unfortunately, he is depressed and believes that the reinstatement process will not amount to anything. He has missed class. To this day, has not filed his reinstatement letter. He told me that he doesn't even want to graduate. He thinks the solution to helping him stay here in the country is to marry him, but I know that I'm not ready (financially, emotionally, etc). I want to help him, but I feel so much pressure. It hurts me to see him not do anything to help fix his immigration status and to graduate from school.

Be specific .
Is it if they use them first .
is it if they threaten to use them .
Is it if the kill a particular number of americans say 50,000 250,000 1,000,000
What would it take for you to say lets nuke them .
If you are against the use of advanced weapons then is the use of machine guns ok on people who have only sticks and knifes .
Do you feel war is like a police action and that you can only use deadly force when confronted with those who threaten your immediate safety .

Who is preventing us from winning then , if we can not use the force needed to win a war .

Truman said that dropping the bombs saved hundreds of thousand of American lives and shortened the war by 5 years .

Japan like terrorists are willing to fight to the last man .

So a hard choice was made .

I want men like Truman running america and not wishy washy drug addicts with drunk driving convictions like Bush & Chenny

Can anyone explain how 15 people end up in a little boat in what may have been Iranian territorial waters? I've been in the Navy , and the only people who end up in those type of craft are Navy Seals and Special Forces . Of course they wouldnt make as pretty propaganda tools, as what is splashed all over TV today. Iranian TV supposedly. But I challenge someone to tell me why these pretty people were in these little boats apart from their fleet??

are china and russia military allies? I've always thought about this and never found the answer. (If they are, couldn't they just invade all of Asia? They have the 2nd and 3rd most powerful militaries in the world, and after recruiting a couple other allies, could dominate eurasia.)

I'm not stating an opinion here, I'm just asking a simply question:

Has Bush been ethical in his decisions. Give examples..thumbs down to people who don't give examples.

So no insults please.

Even just when you are stopped routinely - not doing anything wrong - and when they run an ID check. I was with my mates and we were stopped but I ws the only one they made get out of the car, cuffed and searched eventhough I had nothing. I'm on parole and staying straight but its hard when you seem to get treated differently.

Wondering what your thoughts were. They do seem to be the most selfish hyprocrites of any generation. Their parents (The Greatest Generation) put these spoiled brats through college. They seem to protest everything, especially capitalism. As time has gone by they are the most wasteful, money driven, self- absorbed people I have ever come across...they have become everything they said they hated...and much more.

What's your thought's on these X-Hippies who life's motto was: If it feels good...do it!!

When riots arise over checking a man's subway ticket, the right blames the person trying to ride for free and the lowlifes who came to his "defense". Naturally, the leftist blames the police, the government, and racism. I realize this was in France, but honestly it sounds like it could have happened up the street with the same comments from the same segments of political society.

Since I wouldnt take their test because of my illness they took me to the hopsital and drew blood against my will. Isn't that assault and also stealing because they took my blood without my permision.
