I am 21yrs old, i live with my sister, work full time job, and is 30 weeks pregnant. me and my baby father do not get along. he hates me for no reason at verbally threathens to kill me i am so scared i dont want him to have any custody of our son. i going to file a restrianing order as the first step to my situation. i just want to if i can file full custody of my son before he is born? he says when the born is the baby will stay with him for three out of the week. Now me as mother i do not feel like i should have to go over his and see my own child. we are not married. and i told him this. (i shouldnt have to go over his and see my own child). and he gets mad. now this has done nothing for me at all he calls me selfish and threathen me verbally. am i wrong for not wantin our son three days with him?

i mean granted there's alot going on right now everyone is lying but one thing is know 70-80% of americans hate bush
if a president is doing such a piss poor job that the majority of the coutry want to get rid of him can we do that so we can get on with things.............i mean who here wouldnt be half as upset by all of this if it wasnt prepetuated by the same man over and over and over again.....i mean if any one of these things happened to any other president would we have been down on them this bad as well?

are we saying that the soldiers from wars where there was a draft were soooo bad for the military that if we would have had all volunteer soldiers in those wars, that we would have won those wars? For example, is the argument basically, if we would have had an all volunteer military in Vietnam, we would have won Vietnam?

I am all for the CSA flag and I think that those who are trying to shut it down are trying to shut our heritage down. Not once have I had some one actually back why they found the confederate flag offensive, and the ones that have have been proven wrong. If you find the confederate flag rasist, Why? It doesn't stand for slavery. The CSA didn't fight the union to keep slavery, they were fighting to keep their gov't. The union would have kept it if they could Abe Lincoln said to Horace Greeley,"If I could save the union without freeing any slave, I would do it." The US flag flew over slavery 70 years before the CSA flag ever existed. And which flag flew over ships bring slaves to America? I can assure you it was not the CSA. It get better; CSA freed their slaves in 1863 the union didn't untill they had to in 1868 with the passage of the 13th amendment. The confederate flag stands for a proud military heritage, States rights, and a non-centralist form of gov't.

I find it hilarious that Bush during his "rubber-stamp" presidency, who vetoed his FIRST bill in late '06 sits in judgement of this bill. So, why do neo-cons try to use this as an excuse for Bush's impending veto? The argument is just not valid when you look at his track-record? Does anyone else see this and feel it's hypocrisy?
