Unless you can find a very good reason. A verbal threat might do it. He has every right to see and be with his kid too.

The father has a right to visitation - and he must pay child support. If you feel there is a reason why he shouldn't see the child, you will need to get a lawyer and go to court. Only a judge can suspend the fathers rights.

Forget the restraining order and get a lawyer.

You should get some help from a CHURCH...doesn't matter what FAITH you are...they will hide you away and help you.
Most communities also have battered wife counseling, social services, and FREE non-religious help.
If you were my daughter, I'd let the church help you...the guy could FIND your relatives if they hide or help you and he sounds DANGEROUS.
Unfortunately...restraining orders only work for law-abiding people who are not ANGRY...and are HARMLESS...
but then why restrain a harmless guy?
