Me and my husband are wanting to move into a trailer court but they require a background check, we have a pending leagal issue with an arson charge, and have some negitive credit, what are the chances of getting approved?

Senator Chuck Hagel talk about REAL conservatism & how it should work in US politics & not the theocratic/neoconic BS that Bush shovels out every week?

Do today's "conservatives" even realize that Bush & his Evangelical followers hi-jacked the Republican party & mutated it into some sort of Neoconic-Theocracy that would make the founder of the modern day conservative movement: Barry Goldwater, spin in his grave?

So cons, if believe in the true conservatism (like Chuck Hagel) then please continue calling yourselves conservatives but if you don't agree w/ Chuck then get a NEW NAME for yourselves because you aren't real conservatives. You're a Bush-sevative & that has very little to do w/ being a true conservative like Sen. Hegal (who has 2 purple hearts).

why does the government get into debt and crap like that? can't they just make stuff for free, or if not, couldn't they just make a bunch of money to spend? like if they want new weapons or tanks for war, but they're too expensive, they're the government. can't they just get it? haha, this probably makes no sense. i've just been wondering.

One of my girfriend is from the dominican republic she has been here since she was 6 or 7 she entered this country on a visa she has a bf and they want to get married but they both got in trouble with the law several times now she is scared to because she thinks they will deport her if they get together
She asked me for advice and i have no clue what the INS look for when two people get married and what kind of questions they will ask her ?
If there are people out there that have been through something similar or someone that knows what she should expect i will appreciate the answer ?
Since she has been here for so long why can't she just apply on her own ?

I recently asked a question about education and I was suprised by the answers. I know the diference between socialism and communism having lived in Europe for a few years. Some socialism works on a certian level according to the culture of the people in that country, but socialism has it draw backs. I could give many examples of red tape and government foolishness but I do not have the space. Communism has proved to be a fools government of choice, so why do some liberals cling to its teachings. One answer said, quote: "you are truly uneducated and will never be a match for an educated liberal. Cause after you become educated you see how foolish ideas like God and country are."
The same person also said that liberals are not the same as marxists. Well excuse me for not knowing the differnece, to me a skunk with stripes is a skunk. Another said, "the more educated a person is the less they slavishly follow the precepts of religion, (opiate of the Masses)."

I am not trying to undermine our military, but things like this disgust me. How can they not disgust you too? How did they know that the person they were shooting at was guilty of anything? How did they know if there were children in the car? And how can we continually say that all this "collateral damage" is really accidental? Is this how we win the hearts and minds of Iraqis? How can we sit in judgement of Sadaam when we behave this way? I hate war. I really do. Do you?

The ticket given to me was just a fine and nothing more just like the cop said, .. however when i go for my interview with the consulate i'm concerned whether or not this will delay my application because shoplifting is a crime of moral turpitude, even though i wasn't arrested or charged for it i did commit it, will this cause any problems? thanks.
