Me and my husband are wanting to move into a trailer court but they require a background check, we have a pending leagal issue with an arson charge, and have some negitive credit, what are the chances of getting approved?

Try moving in an affluent neighborhood first. They may arrange for you to move to the Trailer Court soon.

It probably depends on how bad your credit is. Most often such background checks are only concerned with your ability to pay for the property.
