Ask your Probation officer if that person says NO then sorry you cannot leave the state of Oregon until after you get off of probation. Sorry but the authority of the court you where tried in and the probation officer assigned to your case are the only one's with the authority to change your legal status.

Leaving without permission can cause you to be re-arrested and charged with the crime of improper notification of location as defined by the legal system and can at that point send you to jail or prison.

This is something you must ask your probation officer. Often, it can be arranged for short trips, but as for a permanent move, it's MUCH more difficult. Contact your probation officer.
