I'm doing a survey to see how much location influences your political party. If you could list your political party, state you were born in and state that you live in now that would be extremely helpful. Thank you!

Personally, 14 sounds high still. Kids know right from wrong. And chances are if they get off of something easily, they will end up doing something worse.

Do you think it is right that one year of forein language is required?
Even though in America we believe in Freedom of Speech but you have to know a forein language to graduate from some schools, and to enter some colleages. I think you should have a choice if you dont want to learn it then you dont have to other wise it is pushing a language on you that you dont want to learn and in a way forcing a new language down your throat. Even though in America we Believe in freedom of speech therefore you should not have to learn a forein language. Are universities and some schools violating the law then?

Today I caught a glimpse of the headlines of one of the papers about us Scots not recycling enough. I do my bit to help the enviroment but I do disagree with the people who live near the skips and get their rubbish collected at their door and people who live 4-5 miles away has to take theirs to the skips a bit stupid I think and then you get the people who gets theirs collected complaining about putting the boxes out. Does anyone have their veiws on recycling?

Bush, in a late-afternoon statement at the White House, said, "We will not go along with a partisan fishing expedition aimed at honorable public servants. ... I have proposed a reasonable way to avoid an impasse."

How about partisan fishing expeditions that turn up semen stained dresses and other lurid details which you would all find titillating if you weren't all closet homos?

Parents are divorced.Mother leaves 7 yr. old w/the 13 yr. old boy of her party friend while they party on different occasions. The boys stay up til 1 or 2 am.The 7 yr. old tells his father about this times and obviously the father is concerned. The mother acts as if she is an officer of the court and changes the visitation to her convenience. All she does is cause the father grief. She is forever yelling about how he never calls his son or how he doesn't see him.Good Lord, she never answers her phone & when she does answer she just sighs and asks why he wants to talk to him 9more grief). It almost takes an act of God for him to speak to his son.The father had to move out of state for work but does everything possible to get his son up for visitation. The ex said absolutely no flying period!During spring break the father had to pick up son half way(total drive of 16 hours)& conveniently the ex allows son to fly home. The father hasn't called the law on his ex due to how his son might take it.

The answer at last! Uri Avnery, former Knesset member, assesses the Lobby's power. "If the Israeli government wanted a law tomorrow annulling the 10 Commandments, 95 U.S. Senators (at least) would sign the bill forthwith." But, yes, in the end the dog wags the tail.

Of course the pentagon was counting on you not wanting to believe that they blew up the twin towers. yes even WTC7. What they wanted you to be was angry at Muslims, so that they could build their pipelines across Afghanistan for Unocal and take out the Taliban who weren't co-operating.

I see lots of people saying that Bush can ignore subpoenas, and that Congress cannot compel executive branch officials to testify under oath at Congressional hearings. I've looked, and I cannot find any law or case the gives the Executive Branch blanket immunity from Congressional subpoenas. But I may be wrong.

So, can anyone please cite a federal statute, or a federal court case from any circuit recognizing such authority. And please don't just make bald statements about "separation of powers" or "because he's the president". If those are correct, then cite the appellate court that have recognized that common law authority.
