What cities in the US exemplify the liberal utopia? I live near Newark and it has all the liberal programs one can dream of.....no immigration laws, weak crime laws, meth clinics, abortion clinics, high taxes, and they banned walmart. Why isn't it a very nice place to live if it has all of these programs? The place is a dump and full of garbage. You can still see "Kerry/Edwards 04" posters in the ghetto where all the white kids from the wealthy suburbs drove into the city for the day and posted tons of them because their own town didn't want trash everywhere. Who is going to clean all this garbage up now? What about Detroit, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Cleveland, etc. Why aren't all the liberal programs working there either?

I work in a dental office in Texas , the doctor does not own the practice, she is an employee just like the rest of us. She has a strong dislike for one of the assistants because this person will not kiss her ***. She has made bogus complaints about her and everyone in the office knows it is just out of spite. This assistant has done absolutely nothing wrong and even the office manager is appalled at the lengths, this doctor is going to in order to have this employee fired. The doctor went over the office manager's head and complained to the suits and the employee was put on 30 day's probation, she was given a substantial raise two days earlier for her performance. How can my coworker protect herself and what recourse does she have, we are all witnesses to this atrocity.

A conspiracy theory: The wall being constructed between the U.S.A. & mexico may realy be intended to keep Americans from fleeing in the future when a posible oppressive goverment hides the truth from you and in the "NEW WORLD ORDER" americans might be held against thair will to stay in the U.S.
Sorth of like "BIG BROTHER" or a "V FOR VENDETTA" scenario.
With soo many lies from this BUSH-IT administration, anything is posible.
Kind of kreepy if it were true, don't you think?

"We consented to the invasion of Iraq because history told us we could trust our government to tell the truth. They said he could soon trigger a nuclear device in our country, killing hundreds of thousands of American people.

None of this was true. It was propaganda, intentionally designed by the White House Iraq Group to mislead the Congress and the American people. That is fraud, and fraud is a crime. Given the magnitude at which it was practiced, and the epic consequences, few would disagree: it is a high crime.

Voice your free dissent against your leader, just do it when and where Bush tells you. What a great American Bush is.

As if we should all get down on our knees and beg for the right to criticize our elected officials. Wow.....America is really changing under the conservative's rule. Towards fascism.

I FIND IT A DISCRACE THAT IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IT IS HARD TO FIND FINANCIAL HELP FOR OUR SENIOR CITIZENS.

AMERICAN CITIZENS THEIR WHOLE LIVES, PAID TAXES, AND WORKED THEIR WHOLE LIVES AND YOU CAN'T EVEN FIND A 55 AND OVER COMPLEX WITHIN A PRICE RANGE OF THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY. MY FATHER WHO IS 61 FOUND OUT THAT HE HAS A HEART CONDITION AND CAN'T WORK ANYMORE.. NOT ABLE TO COLLECT FULL SOCIAL SECURITY BECAUSE OUR GOVERNMENT KEEPS CHANGING THE AGE LIMIT WHERE YOU ARE ABLE TO COLLECT SOCIAL SECURITY. IT USED TO BE 62 NOW IT IS 65 AND SOON IT WILL BE 67. IT IS REDICULOUS THAT OUR ELDERLY HAVE TO SUFFER.

WHY ISN'T THERE A PLAN FOR THE ELDERLY?

WHY DO WE HELP OTHER PEOPLE WHO COME HERE FROM OTHER COUNTRIES, BUT WE DO NOT HELP OUR OWN????
IT IS A DISCRACE THAT THE PEOPLE WHO HELPED MAKE THIS COUNTRY WHAT IT IS, ARE JUST SWEPT UNDER THE RUG, BUT IF YOU COME FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY OUR GOVERNMENT GIVES YOU TAX FREE LOANS, FREE SCHOOLING, SHELTER, FOOD, MEDICAL COVERAGE ECT.. ECT.. ECT..
THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS THE TWIN TOWERS WERE BOMBED.... WE FUNDED THEIR KNOWLEDGE, AND GAVE THEM AMUNITION TO FUND THE BOMBINGS, BUT WE CAN'T HELP OUR ELDERLY.... WHAT A COUNTRY!!

Some false information was published about me in a local paper. No retraction was made after I contacted the reporter about it. The same paper has labeled me a rather harsh name several times in different articles that have nothing to do with me, yet they continue to label me a derogatory name and print my full name after doing so. I want to put a stop to this. Can I sue? Can I use "discretion" as an argument?

I am a sketch artist and photographer that frequently books hotels to do a days worth of shooting and work.

While visiting a local hotel, I was approached by a hotel manager who told me that the hotel had workers fixing wires in the ceiling above my room and spied on me working!!!

If that wasn't embarassing enough, the hotel manager took this highly invasive information and asked me to leave!

How should I procede with this?
