looks the other way YET goverment so refuses to enforce That these very laws on the books can be excused and overlooked due to in to the rest the family being the new cry our torn a part only it seems our laws one point of the law includes of any kind of enforcement only to to see how unfair our it have become. The truth is the new laws now do not inclide any provisions to our laws. There is no country on earth proclaiming to the world if even granting the kind of Immigration reform,Mexico wants and that Mexico must be held responsible for beng in the position to turn the country around. Mexico has had hundreds of years come up with answers and fix the country so people can live there and prosper Yet ones get's the idea, Mexico shouts things in one ear and very quiet out the other. America has helped Mexico time and time again. Our (chapter 13 bankruptcy) attorney failed to subimit documents to the court. He directly lied to us and told us that he did. We're in the last year of bankruptcy and in need of purchasing a car. He told us almost 3 weeks ago that he submitted the papers to the court and then admitted to my husband today that he didn't. What recourse do we have? Thanks in advance...

I just read that 2 insurgents were able to drive a car thru a checkpoint in Baghdad. They had 2 children in the back & the soliders felt less suspious becuz of the children being there. They drive in, parked the van, the two men ran out of the van & with the children still in the vehicle, it was detonated, killing the 2 children & a few passerbys and injuring 7 others.

I understand that our soliders are fighting an enemy like never before. These terrorists don't give a d@mn about anyone, not themselves nor children. It sickens me! My question is -- at checkpoints, is it certain people that you are looking for or are you checking inside & underneath the vehicles for bombs? Do you check what's under their clothes? Do you have equipment that can detect certain bombs? or chemicals? I'm curious as to how suicide bombers are still able to drive through checkpoints. Forgive my lack of knowledge, I'm a civilian but want to know how checkpoints work. Thanks!

THANKS FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE!

How are we supposed to accept these third worlders into our country when it's all too clear they hate us? When someone hates you isn't it common sense to want to stay as far away from them as possible? You surely wouldn't want them for neighbors. Are we still required to kiss their rears and make them feel welcome regardless of how they feel about us?

109th CONGRESS
2d Session
H. CON. RES. 487
Expressing the sense of Congress that the United States should not engage in the construction of a North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Superhighway System or enter into a North American Union with Mexico and Canada.
IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
September 28, 2006
Mr. GOODE (for himself, Mr. PAUL, Mr. JONES of North Carolina, and Mr. TANCREDO) submitted the following concurrent resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, and in addition to the Committee on International Relations, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
Expressing the sense of Congress that the United States should not engage in the construction of a North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Superhighway System or enter into a North American Union with Mexico and Canada.
Whereas, according to the Department of Commerce, United States trade deficits with Mexico and Canada have significantly widened since the implementation of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA);
Whereas the economic and physical security of the United States is impaired by the potential loss of control of its borders attendant to the full operation of NAFTA;
Whereas a NAFTA Superhighway System from the west coast of Mexico through the United States and into Canada has been suggested as part of a North American Union;
Whereas it would be particularly difficult for Americans to collect insurance from Mexican companies which employ Mexican drivers involved in accidents in the United States, which would increase the insurance rates for American drivers;
Whereas future unrestricted foreign trucking into the United States can pose a safety hazard due to inadequate maintenance and inspection, and can act collaterally as a conduit for the entry into the United States of illegal drugs, illegal human smuggling, and terrorist activities; and
Whereas a NAFTA Superhighway System would be funded by foreign consortiums and controlled by foreign management, which threatens the sovereignty of the United States: Now, therefore, be it
Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That--
(1) the United States should not engage in the construction of a North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Superhighway System;
(2) the United States should not enter into a North American Union with Mexico and Canada; and
(3) the President should indicate strong opposition to these or any other proposals that threaten the sovereignty of the United States.

I need to decide on a world religion that all penguins must follow on pain of pain. Should they worship me as a god-king or should I institute the Flying Spaghetti Monster as the only thing penguins are allowed to believe.

How did our VA hospitals get in such terrible shape—and WHY did this happen?
Walter Reed Army Hospital, where investigators found rodent infested facilities with holes in the ceilings and paint peeling off the walls, is less than six miles from the White House. The extreme tax cuts at top income levels that this administration has pushed through congress have only have helped to create a situation where people at the top, who influence government policy, are almost entirely estranged from the middle class.

Anyone seen the video of a protesters rally against the war where it starts to rain? The crowd disperses as the rain really pours down, as they leave you see behind them was sitting this guy in civilian clothes holding up a cardboard sign with a ranger tab drawn on it.

I have tried to find this video many, many times, but can't find it anywhere. Any help, any ideas?
