For security reason at customs, courts etc. I agree that it's baned.
But- what schools have to do with that? Are teachers not able to teach a woman wearing a veil? The Muslim students might cover their face what does not mean they cover their ears and can't follow their teachers.

Security reasons in some fields = yes
Educatial reasons = no,no need

Yes, that seems to be an accurate summary of the law.

Remember that laws, rights and protections vary by country, and within that by state or province.

What's Constitutionally prohibited in the US may be legal elsewhere.

Can kids wear baseball caps to school? I bet not. I don't see security reasons but it could be a distraction and hinderance to education.

Why Oh why should they ban this?? Thank God this won't happen in America, I mean FREEDOM OF RELIGION HELLO!!
I think everyone has a right to practice there own religion ( although I am against Atheism) regarding what place they are in. That is very unjust, and unfair.

Sweet. England should excersize that right. If liberals want to live in a blind, tolerant society, then they should have everyone look equal.

If it is a government funded public school then I feel it is fair enough. If they don't like it they can enroll in private schools that will allow it.
