Want to know where to look at? Case is there and all but not money to spend on lawyers. Prejudice involves very complicated situation where boss threaten to mess up your record if you dont stay working for him. But at the same time says that he dont want to see you in the office. Where is sense in this? My buddy needs help asap and i wish i could help but i am just a law student and definitely not into civil law practice!?
Any ideas and suggestions will accepted. I will vote for best answer with a highest score but it have to realistic and mature answer. Thx.

I am representing myself in a Jury Trial, I was unjustley pulled over and arrested for DWOP which I had taken care of numerous times. I am unable to afford an attorney. But I do have evidence that the incident report, filed by the officer, is inaccurate .
I was ordered by the Judge to have my Jury Instructions filed by the Friday before my trial. what are they? And does anybody have any other advice.

The American Communist party no longer runs a candidate for president, they just support the Democratic nominee, but in 1963, they drafted a plan to convert our nation by means other than force. 44 years later, it's interesting to see how much they have accomplished.:

CURRENT COMMUNIST GOALS

1. U.S. acceptance of coexistence as the only alternative to atomic war.

2. U.S. willingness to capitulate in preference to engaging in atomic war.

3. Develop the illusion that total disarmament [by] the United States would be a demonstration of moral strength.

4. Permit free trade between all nations regardless of Communist affiliation and regardless of whether or not items could be used for war.

5. Extension of long-term loans to Russia and Soviet satellites.

6. Provide American aid to all nations regardless of Communist domination.

7. Grant recognition of Red China. Admission of Red China to the U.N.

8. Set up East and West Germany as separate states in spite of Khrushchev's promise in 1955 to settle the German question by free elections under supervision of the U.N.

9. Prolong the conferences to ban atomic tests because the United States has agreed to suspend tests as long as negotiations are in progress.

10. Allow all Soviet satellites individual representation in the U.N.

11. Promote the U.N. as the only hope for mankind. If its charter is rewritten, demand that it be set up as a one-world government with its own independent armed forces. (Some Communist leaders believe the world can be taken over as easily by the U.N. as by Moscow. Sometimes these two centers compete with each other as they are now doing in the Congo.)

12. Resist any attempt to outlaw the Communist Party.

Apparently, diseases we have eradicated in this country YEARS ago like Tuberculosis and Polio are rampant in poorer countries like Mexico. And when people come over the border illegally, they don't get immunized, so they bring the diseases with them. So we are having outbreaks of these diseases in communities with large illegal immigrant populations.

http://www.rense.com/general64/ill.htm...

But they are only coming here for a better life, right? We should probably get on our knees and thank them for bringing these diseases, many of which are resistant to our antibiotics.

I missed Polio, anyway. it almost killed my father, and now I have to worry about it killing me, or my son. Thank you, Mexico.

Well, I was having this conversation the other day with peer's and I know think that rapists that are let out from prison is absolutly disgusting. For a child molester to be allowed back on street and just to get away with not working with children is ridiculous. Children are on the road, they are on the internet.I hope that hanging would come back in for these nasty minded people.

I am a moderate aka centrist on most issues. However everywhere I go, my peers and friends seem to make fun of me belief I take the middle ground on most subjects. They seem to believe that centrists are people who can't make up their mind and are dependent on others to make their decisions, which are untrue.

I am a centrist and I am not moderate on all issues. I won't necessarily seek the middle ground on every issue. Most of the time I side with the right on economic issues and side with the left on social one (doesn't that make me a libertarian lol).

My question is why are centrist viewed as unintelligent individuals that cannot make up their mind? Sometimes, I am even afraid to admit that I am a moderate because most people are either liberals or conseratives.

"Invaders from outside" (i.e terrorism), political fighting between the ruling class and the Senate (Dem and Republicans), borders that have grown too large and indefensible, an increasing populace indifferance. Sounds like Rome right? No. How about right here in America. What can we do to prevent our own "fall"?

Yes, yes, Karl, let's use those executive perks(aka present un-accountable administration in White House) and let's hear what you have to say off record, since so much of what you and Scooter have done over the past 6 years make Gordon Liddy look like a boy-scout.

How will the president pardon his own stupidity when he heads back to Crawford?

I have a court date next month for a careless driving ticket I got in January. I got the ticket after sliding on the highway during a snowstorm and then a car ran into me. There were no injuries, and we both were able to drive home after. The police officer on the scene came up to me and said "I'm giving you a ticket because there's a lot of damage to his car". I don't think this is right. I was blamed 85% by insurance company. They will raise my rates $300 a year for 3 years if this ticket stands.

I just want to know if you think i have a case. And if not, what will happen if i lose the case? I'm also trying to find out how many points resulted in the ticket. any advice would be great, thanks!

WHAT an insult to this nation after what this man has done to this country!!!
Some say he is a rapist (according to Ann Coulter "a very good one", and one accuser Juanita Broaderick).

This is one more reason we can never elect Hillaryous Clinton as president. Bill must be laffing we would put Hillary in office.
