That figure of 29-30% is exactly the same number in both countries that support this attack on a Sovereign Iraq... Despite this they claim they don't feel any safer... I wonder WHY?

Hee, hee, I like it. Remember, we have a president who went to war with a culture that represents a billion people, yet did not know that a schism exists between Sunni and Shiite. So much for reading a book on world religions, aye?

Well, to be fair, that's pretty much the number that always supported it in Britain. But there seems to be some as yet undiscovered sociological principle at work that entails that roughly 25% of any society consists of hard core religious fanatics, fascists, and assorted mouth breathers. Once we peel off another 5% of the number currently supporting the war, we're down to that magic 25%.

Considering that the same global corporations run the media in both countries I would say it is the desired outcome of the global elite.
