YES, IT IS ABSOLUTELY ETHICAL!!! I cannot understand why Bank of America is being scapegoated. The real blame should be whomever allowed the illegals here in the first place. Bank of America just made shrewd decisions, they found a market and served it. They are no more culpable than Shell or Exxon for selling gasoline to illegals. They are not more immoral than Hershey's for selling them chocolate bars. Bank of America sold them credit - so what?

Even if we stipulate that what BoA did was awful, it is far less injurious than having to pay for the education of illegals' children, having to pay for their emergency room visits, etc.

Our government has taken a lax attitude toward illegal immigration for a long time, even before Bush. It is confounding that this attitude has continued since 9/11. George Bush has had almost 6 years to do something and he hasn't. I think the animosity toward BoA is misdirected and instead should be focused on our own politicians.

Why no longer? the government supplies them food stamps, welfare, and espresso earnings housing. whilst we that have been born and raised here ought to get out and artwork and pay taxes to help them. I extremely have been working all my existence on condition that I have been given out of highschool on the age of 17 i'm now in my 40's and have become disable, yet have been informed there is not any help for me, so go parent.
