If we are still alive we will be dealing with the effects of nuclear fallout and barely surviving.

nothing, the rapture will have happened, all people who oppose or dont believe God or His Son will have been destroyed, and the Christians will reign on earth with God for 1,000 years then, we go back to heaven where we spend eternity.
