No, but MANY Navy personnel are going and have went to Iraq. Mostly Intelligence and Corpsmen (Medics)
Many have Volunteered.

No. Not all. There are some that may be called to IA in Iraq, Afghanistan and possibly Cuba, but there is not a blanket policy yet in place.
