Are the international courts really considering war charges against Blair, Bush, and some of the soldiers that served in Iraq? Is this just an internet rumor or is this really true? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Michael Oliver, who fired 31 times, and Gescard Isnora, who fired 11 bullets, face felony manslaughter charges, according to a person close to the investigation, who spoke with The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the results were secret. Marc Cooper, who fired four shots, faces a misdemeanor endangerment charge, the person said.

Grand jurors declined to indict on the more serious counts of second-degree murder, and attempted murder, or the lesser charge of criminally negligent homicide. Two other officers involved in the shooting were not indicted.

"We are a long way from a conviction," said defense attorney Philip Karasyk, who represents Isnora.

Prosecutors have declined to discuss the grand jury's work until the findings are officially released.

The Nov. 25 shooting killed Sean Bell and severely injured two of his bachelor party guests.

Police have said the officers were involved in an undercover investigation at the nightclub when they overheard a conversation that convinced them the men were going to their car to retrieve a gun. They have said that Bell's car hit the unmarked police vehicle and that the officers believed someone in Bell's car was reaching for a gun when they opened fire. No gun was found.

To just up and pull out of this War as we did in Vietnam. Please give me your thoughts, also I must add that while I was serving in the US Army, I recall our Flags being burned in that region in the 70s, and the taking of hostages after we had scaled down from Vietnam. To me it seemed like we were giving Peace A Chance, next thing ya know there was our flag being burned and there were also many terrorist acts commited against american civilians overseas. I don't have all the facts, but what I am saying is, don't you think we need some assurance that the Jihad will be over as well.

We must stand together and back our President, this War we are in started long ago. I am a patriotic veteran and love and stand by all our heros, both big and small.

I am not a Politician but I am a citizen concerned about our Nation. Please sound off and give me your thoughts like it or we are all in this together. From a black american veteran who enjoys the freedom I have shared within our Nation.

Bill Maher goes on a rant.

"In conclusion, after September 11, President Bush told us Osama bin Laden "could run but he can't hide". But he ran and hid. (Laughter.) So Bush went to Plan B: pissin.g on the Constitution and torturing random people. Conservatives always say the great thing Reagan did was make us feel good about America again. Well, do you feel good about America now?

"I'll give you my answer. And to get it out of me, you don't even need to hold my head under water and have a snarling guard dog rip my nuts off. (Laughter). No, I don't feel very good about that. They say evil happens when good men do nothing. Well, the Democrats proved it also happens when mediocre people do nothing."

The Milwaukee JournalSentinel here in WI is making it their policy NOT to report the race of the suspects because it is not PC to do so.

It is a very liberal newspaper and this Newspaper is a MAJOR factor as to why I am turned off to most liberal thinking.
When they do articles for Mother's Day and such...it is most likely going to be an inner city unwed mom with 12 kids and 10 different dads and they tell us how wonderful her family is and how hard she struggles to raise them on welfare.

The newspaper should report the FACTS and the MJS is just giving us their opinion and what THEY want us to hear.

You know, add some more boxes on ballot forms we, the Public, can tick, that accurately express our views...

At least then, we would know what proportion of voters feel left out of the system, & this change may help in other ways too EG. in the event they introduce Fines for all non-voters (who, by not voting for a politicial Party, are trying to make a protest but can't because they currently have no voice whatsoever...)

What are views? Or do you have any other suggestions?

The terrorists obviously haven't done enough killing of Americans to make it clear that they're the bad guys, so please let us know just how many they have to kill to get you pissedoff enough to fight back with everything we've got? 1 million? 10 million? 100 million? Give those of us who'd had enough waayyyy before 9/11 a number to work with so we can tell what it takes to make you take action against our attackers.

simply pull out?

The people have spoken and you are simply not wanted. The numbers who think attacks on coalition forces are justified is rising, there is overall pessimism and many believe that their government is not in control, that the strings are being pulled by the US.

Is it time to either pull out or declare that this is an occupation by the US and that things should be done their way without the facade of Iraqi democracy?
