They are public servants, they shouldn't reveal their assets. If public come to know they are rich, people may be aghast how a pauper became so affluent with in a short period and didn't elect next time.So they will loose further chances to loot the voters. Whether they top the list of billioners or not, every day they focused in the news papers.Their money will be safe in Swiss bank and bonds. He die with ultimate satisfaction that his family members for generations can live happy life with his filthy money . What more a politician expect?

Most politicians are billionaires and multi billionaires, but most of the money has been procured by corruption, to grant a licence or an approval. The money is taken in cash and is fully black money. It is hidden as cash or as gold bricks in the house. There is no legal money to show, hence officially they are not billionaires.

Well, it is very simple, how can they show black money?
Even where it is compulsion to show wealth, i.e while filing of an election papers,
they prefer not to show full details!!
So, majority of politicians are poor on papers,and not billionaires!

because socially they are social workers and they are simply taking pay as per defined pay scale.
Whereas they are earning corores of rupees which is not declared and they are depositing it in to there swiz bank account. So they have undeclared wealth so they are not in the list of billioners.
