My fiance is in bootcamp right now for the Navy. and he will be going to A school right after. He is a Machinist Mate (MM). He wants to pick Japan for his first choice. We are planning to get married after he gets out of A school during the time he gets off before he goes to the next duty station (14-21 days). Assuming that he gets stationed in Japan and we get married during his vacation time... will I be able to move there with him?? Or since we are getting married after he is done with A school, will the papers not show our marriage yet???

"Migrant workers sent back more than $62.3bn to their families in Latin America and the Caribbean last year, a rise of 14 per cent on 2005.

The figures, to be released this weekend at the annual conference of the Inter-American Development Bank, confirm that remittances have become one of the region's most important sources of foreign exchange. For the fourth successive year they will exceed the combined flows of foreign direct investment and overseas aid into the region.

Mexico (with a total of $23bn), Brazil ($7bn) and Colombia ($4bn) receive most remittances, but the flows are especially beneficial for the poorer and more marginal countries of Central America and the Caribbean, where they account for more than 10 per cent of GDP in many cases. "

Due to immigration crackdowns the artical says more is being brought by hand towards the end of the year. Apparently this counters efforts to funnel the money to investments. It speaks of urging banks to give loans, etc.

Pekearo and his partner, 19-year-old Eugene Marshalik, were fatally shot Wednesday evening while confronting gunman David Garvin as he fled through the streets of New York City after killing a bartender in a restaurant. Regular police officers cornered and killed Garvin minutes after the shootings.

Pekearo was born and raised in Greenwich Village, which he patrolled as an auxiliary officer each week while planning to join the force full-time.
Pekearo and Marshalik were part of the New York city's force of 4,500 auxiliary officers — volunteers who dress like full-time police but are not given weapons or bulletproof vests.
Pekearo had purchased his own vest and was wearing it, but it didn't save his life; only one of the several shots that struck him hit the armor, police said.

Tax receipts have exploded following the recent tax cuts. Why would Dems ever think there is a correlation between tax cuts and the deficit (can you spell idiot?). Spending continues to increase unabated (and cheered on by Dems behind closed doors). Why do we never hear about proposed cuts in spending in order to close deficits? Congress is spineless and the Dems just continue to shovel the same old B.S.

They should be embarrassed at how little they know about makets, interest rates, and tax policy.

They really are clueless.
