I have two questions,

ONE - do the Indonesian judicial system use juries at all in any types of cases??

TWO - when you arrive in Bali is it true that there are signs saying not to bring drugs into or smuggle drugs from Bali or you will get the death penalty etc???

Cons, If Clinton is responsible for 9/11, then is Bush Sr. responsible for the 1993 attacks?

All I see is Clinton could have stopped Bin Laden etc... it gets old. Can Bush finally take responsibility for what happened on his watch?

Electoral Register?

Someone was bragging to me that they live in a flat above a derelict shop and have avoided being on the Electoral Register as they have never been asked to sign up. Is it not illegal, if you are a UK citizen, to avoid the Electoral Register, even if you have not had a form to fill in?

Traffic Law?

What is the or where does the jurisdiction of a Munucipal(town) traffic Officer stops?
Are they allowed to put speed traps up outside the towns boundaries>?
Found one 20Km outside town catching people with a camera and then sends them the fine through the post.

KMS Bismark Vs. USS North Carolina?

Much ado is made about the German battleship Bismark defeating the Pride of the British Navy, the battlecruiser HMS Hood. There were vast differences between those two ships. The Bismark had the Hood outgunned, outarmored, outmaneuvered, and generally outclassed. The other striking fact is the nearly 20 year age difference between the two. Had the KMS Bismark come up against a contemporary, for example, the USS North Carolina, would the outcome have been different? The North Carolina had nine 16 inch guns as opposed to eight 14 inch guns, which gave it a rancge advantage, and the guns could be loaded aimed and fired just as fast as the Bismark. It was at least as accurate as the Bismark, and at least as heavily armored. Also the Norht Carolina had a great deal more speed than the Bismark, nearly 3 knots (a lot of speed when you are talking about 50K+ ton ships). What say you?
