There have been moves in this direction but unfortunately it probably won't happen . Good idea for a web site but that would probably not be allowed to happen either. Although whether they could hold us all in Gauntanamo or drive us to a similar fate to poor innocent Dr Kelly is unlikely . Already the fact that we think they should be tried for war crimes is strong. Thanks for the question. It's pertinent.

Yaddi Yadda from all of these right wingers. Bush & Cheney went in Iraq for one reason only. Oil. Bush played the cowboy and thought he would look like a hero instead of the fool he is. If they are after the Taliban & Al Qaeda, they are NOT in Iraq. Afghanastan was a better choice because Russia already solidified them there in their attempt at domination. There are many nations with sadistic dictators, why did we choose this one to rescue? OIL! So if you think what they are doing is noble, you have your head up your ***. They have no plan, never have. Do you send a football team out to play without studying the opponent? That's what we did here. Get Out Now!! We are loosing lives to save face, that is plain stupid. And throwing people in jail indefinetley without charges or outside contact is Un-American.

While this is a very explosive question; and a great one. In the history of the United States has anyone from the "Oval" office or that persons friends ever been convicted of "War Crimes"? I don't believe so, but I'm a Critical Theorist, not a corespondent so I would really have to search the web for that one. Many of you one these sites are truly amazing me with your topics. Please keep it up.

Bush wants America to have global domination (he has admitted as much) and is prepared to murder his way round the globe to achieve it. Blair is helping him and I still cannot work out why (I voted for the nasty little piece of work, much to my shame).
yes, they should be done for war crimes. Interestingly, there are moves afoot to impeach both Bush and Blair in their respective countries - the mainstream media won't report this but even so it is happening.

Yeah, Bush & Blair are war criminals alright. Their conscious will torment and reduce them to mere nincompoops when they are out of office. The two outstanding rejects of the world.

Theres more to it than that, they don't run their countries, they are merely spokesmen. Someone will be along to take their place shortly and fool us all for a while, until it happens all over again - so whats the point? Our opinions count for nothing anymore, 'the powers that be' (whoever they are) will do whatever they want regardless of public opinion!

It is likely that some information will be suppressed for a period of 25 years, so no concrete conclusion can be gained by this proposition.
History will bring this to the fore but as I would be around 91 when it arrives, I will not be too concerned, neither will they (Bush & Blair)

Hello!Tom F.
Not sure what your motives are or from where they are coming.
President Bush and Prime Minister Blair have done a pretty good and tough job.
Not all people see it the way you do.
The terrorists who are in Guantanamo Bay are in there for a reason you know the old saying "where there is smoke there is fire.
The terrorist KhalidShaik Mohammed ,al_qaida"s main ideas man.has just made some major confessions as to his plans.
He claims responsibility for almost every major Islamist terror plot in the past dozen years.
An old saying "beware of the sweet innocent smile for underneath lies a tryrannt.
I think you may be looking in the wrong direction and pray you wake up before it comes back and bites you!
Take care!!
