My boy friend & i were flying from Germany to the States(2 years ago from a holiday). We met these young Romanian couples. She looked pregnant. We had a chat with them.They were also flying to NYon a tourist visa. Both were heavy smokers & drinkers, though she was pregnant, that didn't stop her from smoking or drinking .
Me & my boyfriend were concerned about the health of the baby so we asked them if they should change their bad habbit so the baby would not be harmed. Their response left us (me & my boyfriend) in total shock. They replied : Actually they drink & smoke more heavy so their baby would be born in the US retarted or disabled so he would automatically be a US citizen & they could collect the benefits & that would make them live good for the rest of their lifes ,back in Romania.
I SWEAR IT IS A TRUE STORY !
Since then ,me & my boyfriend became against that law that grands anchor babies automatic citizenship.

We all see that the United States is heading for a change, with a black man and a white woman in the race for presidency, we all wonder what will become of this country. But, I know many people dislike Hilary Clinton for many reasons. She's a liberal, she's a woman, and people think she is only in the running because her husband was president. OK so last week I was in stop and go traffic and I was at a stop and this guy in his jacked up truck is obviously an idiot and runs straight into the back of me. Well his front bumper makes contact with my rear spoiler on my mustang and knows it off on the right side. Call the police and wait for them to get out there. He looks at the spoiler and says "state law we don't report such minor things, just make sure you both swap info". Well yesterday I took the car to the shop to get a price quote for damage and it came out to just over $600. My question is at what price does the damage no longer become "minimal" and the cops will write the idiot a ticket for running into me. Because I for one thought it was a ticket anytime you run into the back of someone

Do you agree with Ted Kennedy that if Rush can be on the air for 3 hours then someone like Al Frankenstein or Joe Biden must be on for 3 hours.

What about the stations that choose Rush because of the revenue he brings to that station. No one wants to listen to Al Franken, Joe Biden or Chuckie Schummer. Mario Cuomo had his shot and he failed, the great orator.

The left fails at talk radio because your audience base are watching Jerry Springer, Oprah, porn, and the left wing blogs on the internet.
On St. Patricks Day they choose to support the insurgents killing our soldiers.

Like any business, it is about making money.
If Jerry Springer is on for a half hour, who else should be on to even him out. And who's to say, Ted Kennedy? He is a disgrace!

Would you prefer a communist country with only two channels. Channel one covering your liberal propaganda, and channel two telling you to go back to channel one?

I do.Hes a liar(he is yet to fulfill a campaign promise), who doesnt give a damn about Britain or what the public wants and is the living embodiement of Political Correctness.Under his rule house prices have soared,council tax as well,hes gradually giving britain away to the EU, and lied to the public about weapons of mass destruction.Hes ditched Labours help the working class values in favour of helping ethnic minorities(which Im not against but remember they are minorities) which he does to such an extent that muslims who cant wear the veil at school get free private tutoring but people such as the disabled struggle to get a wheelchair off the NHS.
He doesnt care abot the British people but he does care about publicity for example he appeared on comic relief(the charity show) when if he really cared about helping poverty he could have his government help.
Well thats a short sample of the reasons why I hate him now Id like to know why anyone is dumb enough to like him.

Prohibition did not work. We have an underground drug culture that is both destructive, and, violent. We incarcerate more people than any other nation on the face of the earth, including China, and India. 5 of us in the department have the same job title, but 1 of those five is not held to the strict new attendance policy because she is "considered" to be management. The rest of us are penalized. I don't think this is legal.

I served in the US Navy from 1982 - 1986 . However when it comes to certain entitlements and veterans preference (for jobs or otherwise) , I am not eligible for many of these . There is a period from after Vietnam in 1975 to the Gulf War 1991, that people are not given veterans status . This would include men who were in Beruit, Grenada , Gitmo , 38th parrallel, Berlin Wall or anywhere else where men were deployed in service to this country . Although this was a time of relative peace , a presence was always required in other parts of the world . There was as much risk of a breakout of any kind of hostilities ,as there was prior to the break out of The Gulf war . It was also the buildup of the US military at this time , that created a arms race with the Soviets , that brought about thier demise . I am of the opinion , that because of the sheer numbers of men that served during this time . The policy of this government is to save money by denying these men entitlements they r owed

I have a disability and live in chronic pain. I am so frustrated by how those of us with 'unseen' problems are treated.

Most disabilities are NOT obvious. It seems people expect them to be; be in a wheelchair, or one's mobility so impared it's obvious; then they 'approve'. How arrogant! I have only so much activity I can tolerate a day, so I have to conserve this.

A person's medical condition is b/n them and their Dr. I get dirty looks when I park in the handicap space, and ugly comments. 'It doesn't look like anything's wrong with you!',or 'You don't look handicapped to me'.

I couldn't walk a year ago. After intense treatment, I get about with strict limitations.Though I still live in chronic pain, it's worse when walking. I didn't care about my apprearance and was very depressed.
I finally improved on this, and appear 'normal'.I guess I should appear on death's door to qualifty to park here. (I use my hc tag)

some people think we should forget about the past and deal with what's going on right now. in my opinion, this is simply selfish and riciculous. those people need to think about what it would be like if they had been the victims of those unimaginable tortures and human experimentations. if they still don't get it, they might as well see the movie "Maruta". it let's you have a peek at hell. how much longer does Japan think it can hide its past, saying there is not enough evidence when Korean and Japanese old ladies who served as sex slaves are protesting in front of the Japanese embassy everyday. even some Japanese people admit it. adults can be so childish sometimes.
