The fourth ammmendment prohibits searches without warrens.
And that includes searches of mail, other private communications, or wiretaps. Yet the Bush administration is doing all of that--illegally. And if you've been paying attention--ALL Americans (not just foreigners suspected of terrorist ties--are subject to such searches.
The 14th ammendment prohibits tthe loss of property, freedom, or life without due process. Yet tens of thousands of Americans--entirely law-abiding--have been denied air transportation--and on multiple occasions. Yet they are not allowed any means of appealing this arbitrary act on the part of the Bush administration--no due process.
There's others--but both the above are ubiquitous--and proven--and either merits impeachment and conviction of the president.

Article I: The right to file Habeas Corpus. See the Military Commissions Act.
1st Amend: The right to not be convicted based solely on association with others. See a 2003 conviction of someone in Lodi California based solely on membership in a group. The federal prosecutor even boasted that they were finally able to put people in prison before they ever had a chance to commit a crime.
4th Amend: The right to be free from warrantless searches. See NSA wiretapping.
5th Amend: The right against compulsory self-incrimination. See the Military Commissions Act.
6th Amend: The right to cross-examine witnesses: See the Military Commissions Act.
6th Amendment. The right to a speedy trial. See Padilla v. Rumsfeld.
And on and on.

your question is a superficial courtroom lawyer type view. you have phrased it so amazingly simplistic and no room for any subtle insights or conflicts. a yes or no. nothing else will do. such questions are carefully used since the romans to prosecute the ignorant. like when did you stop beating your wife? oh, you are denying that you beat her to within an inch of her life. let the court record the accused's denials. A LAWYER'S BS. You are so thick. We have lost much but no use wasting time with your sort.
