But of course straight people will not be prosecuted for talking about their sex lives among other soldiers.
Gays can't let their sexuality be known, so they are forced to limit what they say.
Even if most people don't want to hear anything homosexuality-related, isn't it still putting a prior restraint on their free speech?

Shouldn't this policy be declared unconstitutional if challenged in court?

All the promises made, all the bluster. All the kiddies on here talking about how things are going to be different. They aren't, the Dems cannot put together a majority, when they are the majority. The war continues, the funding continues and the senators and reps continue to lie and prosper. Why is this? Don't tell me Democrats lie? Oh my what a revelation!

This 20 second clip of her Selma, Alabama speech has her blasting America's dependence on foriegn oil as a blashemy towards God.....but her husband did little to nothing toward increasing energy independence....and she never invoked God's name in relation to energy independence during his tenure....what gives?

I just asked a question about abortion, and a pro-choice woman said that pro-life people want to FORCE women to be pregnant!!

Isn't that absurd? So us pro-life people forced them to have sex, and then want them to not have an abortion. How funny.

Her name is lltrix. Why don;'t you people think before you say something? If you did, you would know most pro-life people don't WANT you to have sex before marriage, so it is just the opposite!

I was separated from the military (General Under Honorable) and I'm wondering if I'm still eligible for Unemployment Compensation. I've seen some people answer similar questions about gays in the military saying you aren't ever eligible. I know that's not true, my wife was discharged honorably and collected unemployment. Can I under a General?

Do you know of any other nation other than the U.S. that REFUSES to defend its borders? There may be others that can't, but are there any that refuse?
ALSO, Isn't any president that refuses to control the borders in violation of his DUTIES as a president?
Isnt refusal to defend the borders cause to reject anyone who wishes to run for the highest office?
