here we go again with the skewed employment figures from legogirl. I notice there is never a conclusive, non partisan link to cover your self.
Also, nice deflection on the question I posed, so a swing and a miss, strike THREE!

It's issues like this that drive the Reps farther away from the mainstream and make it easier for us Dems to win the next election. While acceptance of homosexuals may not be the norm, bias against them is certainly reactionary and far from the American mainstream.

I've met Sam Brownback. At the time I thought he was very phony, but that was just an initial feeling about the man. General Pace can say what he wants and feel how he likes as far as I'm concerned. That's my idea of freedom. People on both sides are allowed to think what they want. The rest of your hateful rant isn't worth commenting on.

You are a master of the logical fallacy! An appeal to emotion and ad ignorantiam in one question! A new record for you, Che' Ghandi.

Riddle me this: What was the penalty for homosexuality under the Taliban?

Ignoratio elenchi on, good buddy! The world needs more useful idiots!

Douchebag, Eric Rudolph no more represents the views of the right than Squeaky Fromme does the left.

Sorry, Ghandi, but by your enlightened responses, your intent isn't a dialouge, its validation of your views and "superior" intellect to what is obviously a self image problem.

Knock yourself out. Attack away! Sweeping generalizations? No problem? Broad-brushed attacks? Hooray!!!!

Why is your opinion more valuable than General Paces about what goes on in the military. I bet you didn't even serve. Regardless if you agree with him or not you should respect him for dedicating his life to keeping your freedom of speech otherwise you wouldn't be able to get on here and make a total fool of yourself.

He is not running for office and he can say anything he wants, he earned that right.

Who's Sam Brownback? Doesn't General Pace have the right to say what he thinks or do first amendment rights only go so far as agreeing with the liberal mindset?

General Pace really let his mouth get going - shows even the best can let their true feelings slip out. Brownback best not bend over anywhere near gays.

Massive Unemployment? Show me that figure.

In case you have not noticed, unemployment numbers in this country are at historic lows.... And the classifieds are full of jobs.

Can't find a job to support you? Then work two jobs, or get a skill.....

What ever.

whatever

Did you even read the entire letter Brownback wrote?

Catholics believe that homosexual acts are immoral, being a chaste homosexual is moral.

The general believes that homosexuality is as immoral as adultery. The army does not condone adultery, hence it should not condone homosexuality.

Why do you onl get to decide what issues are discussed? If the marketplace of ideas values their point, then so be it. If the marketplace does not, they will be ignored.

maybe they should be more concerned with the troops that are coming home mutilated and injured, instead of hating americans, the problems with VA hopistals are the ultimate spit in the face from the republicans

wow, you call 4.5 % unemployment massive? Were you just hatched? I think the Senator and the General are entitled to their own opinion just as any American is. As a freedom loving liberal I would think you would be okay with this. Or are people no longer allowed to have their own opinions?
