From "Confessions of a Diary Secretary" last night - apparently the diary secretary was demoted and shoved out of the way to work elsewhere, but Prescott kept his job. He lied, abused government time and property and didn't have his mind on his job, particularly when Tony Blair was off somewhere and Prescott was in charge. The diary secretary was put out in the cold - do you think Prescott should have resigned from government?

I guess quite a few people who actually have experienced war to defend this country have different opinions than some of you would like.
Are they undermining our troops? Are they traitors? How do you balance in your head their patriotic service to the nation with their affiliation with an anti-war movement that the people who think for you say is seditious? Are they both?

We are fighting a case against GC Trucking in Wisconsin which is now, no longer in business. My husband worked for them and he never got paid. They FINALLY filled out the financial disclosure forms but still refuse to pay my husband. The judge wouldnt give us any legal advice. Are we able to go after the owners individually now? What other options do we have?

One of the owners has also threatened to put a restraining order on ME if we continue this. I am of no threat to her at all. All we want is what is owed to my husband.

We are in need of help here. What else can we do?

Serious replies only please.

What a contradiction!

According the the utility company, Al has only been purchasing the "green" credits for $4.00/month/unit since November, 2006.

Additionally, the reports indicate that they are "currently" installing solar panels.

And I thought Al had been "eco-friendly" for over three decades.

"Parker said Gore has been purchasing the "green power" for $432 a month since November. The Gore home is also under renovation to add solar panels, Kreider said."

It's funny how libs have positions that always conflict. Like they want better wages but wont stop illegal immigration. Want to help the middle class but favor tax hikes. Want freedom but want big government.

Both ideologies are identical, except that the Libs don't share the Neo-Con's thirst for global hegemony enforced through a police-state apparatus. It's time for a third party around here.

Can someone please tell me where to find Indiana Laws on "established residency" or "squaters rights" ......I have a friend that owns her home...and everything in it...about 9 months ago...she "thought" she was in love, and let a man move into her home with her. After this length of time..she has discovered this man is really quite the psyco and wants him out of her house....he claims he doesn't have to leave because he has "established residency" and that this home (mobile home)is equally his...they never married, nor did ever put his name on the title...in fact...he isn't even on the lease with the mobile home park in which the home sets....how can she get this man out of her house. (Doesn't have the money for a lawyer).......Any help would be appreciated....

Even if you like Bush, shouldnt he go through the process and see what the evidence is against he and Cheney and the rest. Just as it was OK to do that to Clinton ( an actual ELECTED president ) for seven years.
If he is guilty of crimes do you really want to go down in history as the group of people that let him commit the crimes and get away with them. Whatever he is truly innocent of he will be exonerated from....he would have nothing to worry about. Or are Bush and Cheney and the gang "Above the Law".

Is this a good idea? Sometimes I'm not even asked to initial it. Should I be more concerned about this issue? Is it ok to let her sign papers without my signature or at least initials? Her reason for needing guardianship is she is MIMH (Mildly impared mental handicapp) and her lowest score is in social communication. Otherwise she would be learning disabled. Any suggestions would be helpful! There are no restrictions on the guardianship. She will never have a drivers license and will always need help when learning a new job. She needs reminding about personal hygene and the like. She can't count money back. Please give me info from personal experience or legal only. Legally, should we allow her to sign for stuff without our signature or initial? (Her dad and I, step-mom, have the guardianship)
