but you can call the President of The United States a "murderer", or "the anti-christ", you can exhibit pictures of him with a knife in his forehead......and its excused by the liberals as "freedom of speech"??
What a contradiction!

Same reason black people can say it too each other. It's fine as long as whitey doesn't do it.

In my lifetime, I've watched the pendulum swing both ways. There was a time when many white folks were outright bigots -- they had no shame because their opinions were reinforced by other white bigots. During the 60's white folks got the message that racial slurs are hurtful and socially unacceptable. Now, the surest way to commit social suicide is to tell a race joke at a white party. We went through a period when black comedians would stand on stage and call other black folks the N-word. Black folks thought this was hilarious. White folks laughed, but were deeply worried that, funny or not, it's still racism. Nowadays, the great majority of openly racist people are black. It's black people who keep screaming "Racist!" while it's the same black people who are the bigots! I don't like it. I can't explain it. But it's the inconvenient truth............

The president is a public figure and as such is expected to accept a certain amount of public animosity, in other words he can't sue over it. Michael Richards used offensive and insulting language to audience members at one of his shows! You think that's the same? Not hardly.

Let's change the facts...if Richards had called a bunch of women the C word, would you still be surprised at the outrage?

Come on. Use your head. Look at the posts about Hillary or Obama and tell me those are "freedom of speech". Yeah, well they are. As much as I dislike that crap, it is protected.

Michael Richards can say anything he wants. He just has to face the consequences. No one is taking him to jail, no one is beating him up. It's kind of sad to see someone throw his career away in front of the nation.

You misread freedom of speech. You can say what you want, like our boy Kramer did but you gotta pay the piper.

The N word offends an entire race of people. The president is called murderer because of his pro-war agenda, may seem harsh but it is free speech.

Its sick, I totally agree with you. No one really cares what is said about someone else, people just like to see others be punished. It makes them feel superior

Welcome to Politically Correct 2007, where your First Amendment right to freely speak depends on what the liberals think is offensive.

because all non-black people who say the N word is a racist, and should be tar-feathered, then lynched by a mob of afro-American.
