Perhaps a Third Political force would ensure that the US stops seeing Everything in such Black & White terms.

Iam asking about the babies born to drug addicted women ,these babies have no opportunity of being a person of mora lvalues as being brought up in the drug culture is what they learn as they themselves are addicted born , I think ther needs to be a law on controlling this horrible freedom convinient to the women on drugs and the goverment welfare! In other words what is important to you , should these babies be allowed to be born into this drug culture , or do we need to make a law saying that women who are drug addicted can not bring babies into the world under these deplorable conditions? This is a nasty cycle that ends up hurting us all! Babies desrve a healthy environment , not born addicted !

If elected Obama says that he would start withdrawing troops in march of next year, so that they may be redeployed to the northern provinces, and to protect the borders, unless the Iraqi government takes over and shows sincere determination to run its own country and keep it secure, or the military Generals determine it would be unsafe to do so. I think it is the better plan out of three candidates for democratic nominations, Edwards just wants to withdraw 20,000 to 40,000 troops and hiliary's policy is still unclear. Obama also voted against legislation to cut funding to troops, showing that he is a democrat not for the policy of cutting and running. Do you think this is a good plan regarding the war in Iraq?

immigrants are making Britain great, and a more diversified, multi-cultural country...so we all benefit.

I also think we need more of them to make Britain even better.

Do you all agree with me?

In a few years I will be eligible for social security from my deceased husbands estate.
There is however, an error on our marriage license that I just noticed
with regard to the number of marriages I have had.

I am a bit worried about this typographical error and I will point it out
when I apply. Anyone had a problem like this and got it straightened out?

I was charged and pleaded guilty to Common Assault (39) and Assaulting a police officer in the execution of his duty (89(1)). Today I met Probation in order for them to write a Pre sentence report.
After giving all the details she told me she would put forward a suggestion of 80 - 150 Hours unpaid work.

Knowing this how likely would a custodial sentence now be?

The Section (39) was from grabbing someones arm (Albeit tightly) and the (89) was headbutting a policeman (Crazy I know but he was being overly physical with me in front of my children).

I have never been in trouble before and have no previous convictions.

I'm 30 years old am of good character, a graduate and in a professional occupation.

Any answers will be appreciated!

Cheers.

Nobody who asks the conspiracy theory questions ever gives a reason as to how he would gain? Why would you do something on that massive a scale and not gain from it? From some of the questions I've read, nobody likes him, people equate him with Hitler and the dems in the congress want to impeach him. How would the man gain anything even if everything went well? Not only that, according to the lefties he's a moron to boot. And yet he managed to fool all those in congress to go along with his master plan. In the words of the Guinness guys, "Brilliant!"

My question here it to find out about the indian legal system

I hired a company for some outsourcing a while back but they have messed up and taken my money as a result Im looking to take them to court.

Here in the UK you can take a company/individual to the small claims court or you can take them to the full legal sytem . The difference is small claims court is for claims not exceeding £5,000 and so small claims route is cheaper to do.

Does anyone know the indian legal system and whether there are steps like this ? in the indian legal system ? or can give an overview / rough costs of the indian legal system ?

befor e I approach a lawyer in india

thanks

You are a newly promoted narcotics detective assigned to a precinct with a rampant drug problem. At your first briefing, the squad commander insists that the unit's "extraordinary" tactics are proving effective; street crime and homicides are down. After the briefing, you ask your partner about the commander's remarks. Your partner explains that sometimes the unit must plant evidence to arrest top-level dealers, and use force to gain information from suspects. You immediately go to the precinct commander and request a transfer, citing what you have heard and been told. The precinct commander tells you that this is the real world, and extreme measures are needed to combat the precinct's problem. Over the next few weeks, you see that the unit does indeed plant evidence to make arrests and also uses physical force during interrogations. What would you do?

Is this just the Army's way of showing they are efforting to make it appear they are fixing the problem, or are they really now trying to support our injured troops?

BTW
Way to go Keith Olberman's Countdown On MSNBC and CNN coverage of this travesty!

First he gets Bill O'reilly ousted from his fundraising gig after he opened his mouth about O'nutcase sticking his foot in his mouth,

THEN he spanks secretary Rice about her comments on Fox this past Sunday, which makes her conceed her remarks could have been spoken better,

But now, General of Walter Reed fired because of all the exposure, and not just the outting of the problem, but the follow up 2 or 3 days ago, where the army tried to punish the soldiers who spoke up by making INJURED soldiers wake up and form up at 0600.

I love this guy!

Your thoughts!
