My question here it to find out about the indian legal system

I hired a company for some outsourcing a while back but they have messed up and taken my money as a result Im looking to take them to court.

Here in the UK you can take a company/individual to the small claims court or you can take them to the full legal sytem . The difference is small claims court is for claims not exceeding £5,000 and so small claims route is cheaper to do.

Does anyone know the indian legal system and whether there are steps like this ? in the indian legal system ? or can give an overview / rough costs of the indian legal system ?

befor e I approach a lawyer in india

thanks

Indian law is based on British law. They are very, very similar across the board. I'm afraid I can't tell you anything about costs because my Indian counterparts have always paid their own legal costs, and we have paid ours.

i think of the criminal gadget by utilising itself, in accordance to its constitutional layout is nice. i think of the undertaking with effectiveness is in simple terms the sheer quantity of criminal concerns which will desire to be dealt with. India's length rapidly potential an over-under pressure criminal gadget (think of approximately what share proceedings and criminal situations are performed daily in the U. S. and multiply by utilising 3.5) So what could be performed? in the quick term, for starters, create a "fasttrack" gadget (reported by utilising somebody in the previous) which streamlines workplace work and is dealt with by utilising smaller civil courts. cut back the quantity of workplace work it takes to document a case. in the long term? concentration some training supplies on education extra legal experts (possibly a central authority incentive, or a clean regulation college?) and judges.
