The United Nations charter has a provision which was agreed to by the United States formulated by the United States in fact, after World War II. It says that from now on, no nation can use armed force without the permission of the U.N. Security Council. They can use force in connection with self-defense, but a country can't use force in anticipation of self-defense. Regarding Iraq, the last Security Council resolution essentially said, 'Look, send the weapons inspectors out to Iraq, have them come back and tell us what they've found -- then we'll figure out what we're going to do. The U.S. was impatient, and decided to invade Iraq -- which was all pre-arranged of course. So, the United States went to war, in violation of the charter.

I'll acknowledge that he probably goes to church regularly.

Having trouble seeing anything else he's done that makes me think he embodies anything I'd want to teach my son.

His daughters drink underage. He spends money like there's no tomorrow. He shows no loyalty to close friends or associates. He's done nothing on abortion, gay marriage, or gays in the military.

. . . do they have to pay gift taxes on their portions that they are giving up? Or can they just transfer it over to the trust for the disabled sibling and then be trustees as well as beneficiaries? There are three siblings, one of whom is disabled. They are inheriting their mother's home, where the disabled adult sibling has lived most of her life. The disabled one would have some money from the small estate, but not have enough money to buy the house from the other two.

When you and your partner respond to a report of a violent domestic disturbance. As you arrive, you see a male subject holding an infant by the ankles, swinging the child so that the child's head strikes the ground. The male subject is screaming and appears incoherent. As you run to aid the infant child, your partner begins repeatedly striking the male subject in the head with a baton. The male subject falls to the ground and is unconscious. Your partner continues striking him. The child appears deceased. What would be your next course of action in this incident? Please help me?

It's now well established that George W. Bush never showed up for National Guard duty for a period of approximately one year, possibly more, in 1972-1973. Despite all the talk about "honor and dignity," President Bush has apparently flushed his down the toilet. President Bush went AWOL!! Cheney himself also received 5 deferments! Both of these men are “Chicken Hawks.”

Bush says he's released all his records...if that's true, then has anyone seen:
Any pages from Bush's flight log
Records from the Flight Inquiry Board convened after Bush was suspended as a pilot
Any evidence of Bush's reclassification into another AFSC after suspension as a pilot
Any photos of George Bush in a military uniform after 1972
Anything at all from any Alabama unit with Bush's name on it
Any copies of form 44a from the Alabama National Guard certifying attendance
Air Force Form 142 (Aviation Service Audit Worksheet) ???

WASHINGTON - The Army said Thursday that the two-star general in charge of Walter Reed Army Medical Center has been relieved of command following disclosures about inadequate treatment of wounded soldiers.
In a brief announcement, the Army said service leaders had "lost trust and confidence" in Weightman's leadership abilities "to address needed solutions for soldier outpatient care." He had headed Walter Reed since Aug. 25, 2006Army and the Defense Department launched a series of investigations after The Washington Post published a series of stories last week that documented problems in soldiers' housing and in the medical bureaucracy at Walter Reed, which has been called the Army's premier caregiver for soldiers wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan.

So they fire him. Not even there a full year. But we all know that the problems were long-standing (see more before answering)
