Most federal agencies are required by law to have Offices of Inspector General. Part of the duties of this office is to investigate criminal actions by employees of the agency and any criminal actions by anyone specificially related to that agency. This is done by Special Agents who both have badges and carry a gun. Federal agencies and quasi-government agencies that I know who have an Office of Inspector General are:

Agency for International Development
Department of Agriculture
Amtrak
Appalachian Regional Commission
U.S Capital Police
Central Intelligence Agency
Department of Commerce
Commodity Futures Trading Commission
Consumer Product Safety Commission
Corporation for National and Community Service
Corporation for Public Broadcasting
The Denali Commission
Department of Defense
Department of Education
Election Assistance Commission
Department of Energy
Envrionmental Protection Agency
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
Farm Credit Administration
Federal Communications Commission
Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation
Federal Election Commission
Federal Housing Finance Board
Federal Labor Relations Authority
Federal Maritime Commission
Federal Reserve Board
Federal Trade Commission
General Services Administration
Government Printing Office
Department of Health and Humam Services
Department of Housing and Urban Development
Department of Interior
US International Trade Commission
Department of Justice
Department of Labor
Legal Services Corporation
Library of Congress
National Aeronautics and Space Administration
National Archives
National Credit Union Administration
National Endowment for the Arts
National Endowment for the Humanities
National Labor Relations Board
National Science Foundation
Nuclear Regulatory Commission
Office of Personnel Management
Peace Corps
Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation
US Postal Service
Railroad Retirement Board
Securities and Exchange Commission
Small Business Administration
Smithsonian Institution
Social Security Administration
Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction

There aren't all that many.

1. Police (includes Sheriffs, Police Officers, Deputies, Marshals, and DNR Officers).

2. Secret Service (includes FBI and CIA).

That's about it. Under the ones you've listed, the MP's fall under military jurisdiction, and members of the IRS carry badges, but I don't believe they carry guns. Fish & Game falls under DNR, which falls under Police. Military may add one more, and only the MP's carry badges.
