I just payed the fine today..how do i go about getting my license back...help asap please

My daughter had this happen and she went back to the DMV office with her receipt and got things straightened out... but it took a couple of weeks.

Mistake number 1 was getting the DWI. That said, mistake number 2 was not paing your fine in a timely manner.
You will probably have to reapply for a conditional license and it may be harder to get.

You might just be able to present the receipt to the Motor Vehicles Dept, if the suspension was administrative.
If the Court suspended your licvense, you may have to petition the Court for an Order, un-suspending your license.
This is NOT the way to begin serving your DUI time. Get all your fines and costs paid NOW - even if you have to borrow the money.

Get a lawyer. It probably is not so simple as paying the fine.
