If I want to e-mail all congressional Democrats or all Republicans at one time. How can I do this?

Yeah to be ignored write Congress.org follow the instructions! Even people send registered mail and it gets ignored! You have to be part of the wealthy elite willing to pay bribe money & maybe they will listen, if you pay huge amounts to have a law or bill passed well in the past you can write the bill or law & just hand it off to the right person and wham you write the laws! Keep in mind this ain't the way its supposed to work but does wink wink!
