As vice president Gore didn't have any legal power to do anything exept breaking a tie in the senate. The vice presidncy is a useless office in our government. Also i don't know if you care but,he is NOT a hypocrite because of the realy big energy bill. ALL of the energy that he bought came from an energy provider that uses SOLAR and WIND energy so he does practice what he preaches. Of course he's going to use up a lot of energy also because he has a mansion. If he ran for the presidency I would give him my complete support and i hope he wins the Nobel peace prize.

Gore wrote "Earth in the Balance", a book about the environment and conservation while he was a Senator. While he was VP, he did more for NASA and downsized the federal government with Clinton.
