If you were the President on 9\11, what course would you have taken? Assuming you would receive the same information from your advisors during the months following the attack, try to imagine yourself in the Oval Office. Would your path be the same or even similar? Would it eventually lead you to Iraq? Try to be realistic and honest.

if he resigned just like LBJ did to save conservatives from being completely humiliated for the next 2 years? At least Cheney would bring some self respect back the GOP & unlike Bush he knows how to defend himself against the liberal media.

My aunt is the executor of a will left by my grandmother. She refuses to probate the will that entitles property in Arkansas to be divided between my aunt, my father and my uncle. The will was drawn up in Arkansas decades ago. My grandmother died about 20 years ago and was a resident of California when she died. My aunt, father and uncle all live in California. My dad does not have the original will but he does have a copy. He would like to have his share of the property now so that he can give it to his younger children, but my aunt refuses to probate the will. Can he bring this to the California courts or must he go through Arkansas. The attorney is also deceased. Thank you.

Hi,

I plan to do an internship in the USA (I'm French) with a visa J-1. I have a sponsor to get that visa.I need to find an employer now.

I'd like to know if It is legal to go to the USA and go to job interviews with "Visa Waiver Program".

I went to the US embassy website and they say:
"The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) enables citizens of certain countries to travel to the United States for tourism or business for 90 days or less without obtaining a visa."

So, as I understand it, it is legal as they allow people to travel for business with this program...
What do you think?

Thank you in advance.

Why is dissent ok when liberals want to talk about how bad they think the Iraq war is and how much they hate Bush but if you question global warming or point out that MLK plaigerized his doctoral thesis and had extra-marital affairs with white women, you are full of hate?

First of all, it's not all that great depending where you are in the country. But let's pretend it is perfect everywhere.
We bow to communist China in debt and the War on Terror is already approaching close to $1 trillion, all spent on debt.
Can you honestly tell me that our president's actions were not at all improvident and won't be felt in the future?

The neocons are at it again--they've spent years fighting envorimental reform and now are trying to slander Al Gore. Here's the facts (look them up in the news stories if you don't want to take my word for it:

1) a neocon group (Tennessee Center for Policy research) claimed Gore uses a lot of electricity and is being a hypocrite.
2) This group lied about contacting the power company--and the figures they published for Gore's power use were exaggerated.
3) Al Gore is currently in the process of converting his home to solar energy
4) In the meantime, Gore is purchasing carbon credits (at hs own expense) to balance out his energy use.

Oh dear! Seems like the neocons aren't being entirely honest. Imagine that!
