SCAM !
Anything that says you have money in a foreign bank and all you need to do is give info like name, address, account #'s, social security #;s is a scam. This is how people get there identities stolen.
Any emails from people saying they have a relative that died leaving millions in a bank is a scam too. They say they need a person in the US to give their name, some personal info and they will get half of the estate. Again, this is just to dupe people.
Never respond to or open any attachments they send in. Delete from your inbox. Attachments may have a virus. Never EVER even give them your name. They can create fake idenities even with just a name, age and address.
No area of the US government like the FBI will contact you by email. You will either get a offical certified letter with a seal or a in-person visit.

This is what is called a 411 scam. Delete it. Its been around since the 70's when it came by regular mail. The FBI are well aware of these. They have you give your bank account information with the promise of depositing money that you just need to hold for them and they'll leave a portion of it behind when they take their funds and deposit them in a different account. Its intended to empty your bank account only.

I had that email a few years ago too. It's a scam. Don't reply to it. Delete the message immediately. Don't give them your bank account number. If it truly was the FBI, they'd come to your house, not send you an email. The FBI does their best to leave no trace of their secret meetings and missions. Something as public as an ordinary unencrpyted email is a big no-no in the FBI agent world. It's fake. don't fall for it. Just to prove it's fake, if it was real, they'd be able to decode this simple riddle. If they can't, they aren't:
My number is 3746. I am not a phone number. What am I?

The best way of action is to delete the email, if the real FBI needs to contact you they can do it with an official letter. There is no way that the FBI can possibly know that you received their email, what if your computer for one reason or another became inoperative soon after their email was sent. Such bureaus do not communicate through emails. Be very cautious and don't worry for not acting on this strange/funny email.

Just because they put someone's name on the end does NOT make it legitimate. Report the scam to the FBI and tell them that they are using this Meuller guy's name. Who knows maybe the guy doesn't even exist. I could easily find the name of someone who works for the FBI and put the address on the end too if I wanted.

You are being scammed by the biggest criminal organization in the world. Delete all emails - don't open them....
And, FYI - the FBI doesn't notify or contact anyone in any way by email.
