First of all, it's not all that great depending where you are in the country. But let's pretend it is perfect everywhere.
We bow to communist China in debt and the War on Terror is already approaching close to $1 trillion, all spent on debt.
Can you honestly tell me that our president's actions were not at all improvident and won't be felt in the future?

Think what you want, but our grandchildren and so on will feel these effects.

wmcritter, where did you get that from? I did NOT blame it on conservatives. However, I am pointing out the biggest-spending administration in America's history, the Bush administration.

Terrorism? I hope you don't mean Iraq. Because Iraq was avoidable and unnecessary. I always supported going into Afghanistan.

I think history will write a very favorable report for our President.

50 years from now, people will have forgotten that Bush wasn't a good actor or showman. History will forget that he came across as a bumbling idiot at times. History will judge him on his actions. His courage to stand up for what's right in the face of adversity. Think of President Lincoln and how he was judged in his time. It was his actions and courage to sustain the Union that history remembers him for.

And just what do you think would happen to our economy and our citizens if we didn't take a stand on terrorism???

Perhaps you do not realize that where people are oppressed, where they are ruled and taught nothing else but violence and become desperate terrorism will spring up. Iraq was falling victim to the bredding ground of terrorism. That is a fact. My brother trained Iraqi policemen in Iraq, they used a facility previously occupied by a terrorist training and recruiting group.

The battles ahead of us are not clear cut, the face of war has changed when you have an enemy that hits and runs without any sense of thought for the sanctity of human life. These people want to destroy our way of life and to kill us all do you really think that if we pull out of Iraq the insurgents will just disappear and won't seek out other ways to undermine us? Your views are one sided. Instead of being wrapped up in politics and whose party did what and when we need to unite, stand up and fight for our way of life. Or our children and their children will have far more to worry about than the debt of the war.

First of all, trying to blame our economic issues on "conservatives" is just stupid. We had more than $7 Trillion in debt racked up by Republicans and Democrats both over the last 100 years.

Both sides are equally guilty of spending like drunken sailors. Trying to put all the blame on conservatives just shows that you are either completely uneducated or blinding yourself in irrational hatred.

Read what you say about yourself...

About me: I am a democrat and a liberal. But as a true liberal I respect those who have different opinions than I do, as long as they support their claim in a fair and truthful manner. I would rather debate than argue an issue, but sometimes the gloves have to come off when dealing with outrageously offensive people. I always research the facts with many sources and ask tough questions for the diehard fans of our president (It's what I do!).
But I respect all those who love our great nation unless they give me a reason not to.
God Bless!

"I respect those who have different opinions than I do, as long as they support their claim in a fair and truthful manner"

Well, I went through the questions that you ask as a general rule and you are a liar. Want me to copy a bunch of your questions in here too? You do not respect those who have different opinions regardless of whether or not they support their claims in a fair and truthful manner.

"I would rather debate than argue an issue, but sometimes the gloves have to come off when dealing with outrageously offensive people."

You would not rather debate. The overall tenor of practically all your questions asked is argumentative and trolling for suckers to rise to your baiting of those that differ from you philosophically. Agan, you are a liar.

"I always research the facts with many sources and ask tough questions for the diehard fans of our president (It's what I do!)."

I can't see that you are anyone to hold up as a great researcher and your questions aren't "tough" at all, they mostly just make desultory jabs at conservatives. You don't seek out issues to debate, you seek out people to discredit. Again, you are a liar.

"But I respect all those who love our great nation unless they give me a reason not to.
God Bless! "

From the tenor of your questions you don't respect anyone that has an opposing viewpoint than yours, especially someone that is conservative. Once again, you are a liar.

Regardless of your political beliefs, philosophy, religion, political party or whatever, you are not only dishonest with this forum, you are dishonest to yourself.
