I'd say Rudy Giuliani, just because of his reputation for getting things done is well backed. But that has little to do with his race. I just mean credentials.

Well, conservatives just hate it when their women get uppity, so despite their bigotry toward racial minorities, "the coloreds" have historically moved faster toward obtaining the vote, etc. Besides, I think Obama is the best person we've seen run in years, if not decades.

Al Gore for President
Barak Obama for VP

Gore - Obama

That's an experienced guy who has been proven right by history. He has a nobel prize and academy award, plus tons of experience on international affairs.

And, it elects our first African American VP, "one heart beat away from the presidency."

That, my friends, is a WINNING ticket.

I say Obama the minority male. I watched one of his speeches one night and although I didn't completely agree with some of his points he was very well spoken and seemed very persuasive to some of the points I disagreed with. I don't think Hilary Clinton will be the first lady in office because Bill Clinton messed this country up a bit and everyone thought he made this country a wreck that might have an effect on the election.

A minority male. Most women politicians (including Hillary) aren't perceived as strong enough for the big office. Hillary's weak dealing in her marriage doesn't promote an image of strength that a presidential candidate needs. The only potential woman that I see who can project the sort of strength needed for a successful run would be Condoleeza Rice and she isn't interested at all.

Let's hope it's someone that isn't even in politics at the moment. All the ones currently in Washington should be voted out. We need a totally different group of people that actually works for us for a change.

Wishful thinking, I know but how nice it would be. . .

Hopefully , the best one for the job . Which is not what we got the last time and people thought they were choosing the best one . Seems they have a way of fooling people .
You can fool some of the people all of the time and
all of the people some of the time
but you can't fool all the people all of the time .

The only person likely to win is the one NOT running who has both a Nobel Prize and an Oscar.

Al Gore.

Re-elect Al Gore.
