All things being equal (education, experience, commitment) men make higher salaries than their female counterparts.

So why is this okay, but Affirmative Action is not? This inequity in the salaries obviously favors men over women so can this be an example of Affirmative Action for men? Men are being paid based on their gender and not on their merits.

about the latest line of Supreme Court opinions on the issue? It's a clear violation of the 14th Amendment's Equal Protection Clause just like Conservatives have been telling you intellectually vacuous Libs for the last 40 years since this abortion of a public policy began.

Kid i know in Utah (17 years old) was driving home drunk. Ran into a car and killed a pregnant mother, and her two kids. Fled the scene and was found in a neighbors yard. What sentence do you he'll get?

How some drug addicted lowlife has brought hundreds of people fortune and media publicity, and after weeks is still being talked about while soldiers are dying everyday in Iraq and Afghanistan and they get a ten second block on the news. These men and women are heroes and we should know of their deeds, yet the media is more interested in the druggie bi*ch.

Why?

They can't make money off the dead and dying heroes. Come on Bush, step up to the plate and fund a program to honor these men as they come home dead or alive. God knows we deserve it.

Im making a website for jobseekers. Basically, people will be able to share their experiences with companies that they have applied to, or are employed in. They will be asked to put in information like company name, compensation packages, HRD conduct, salary range, etc; anything that can help a jobseeker choose the right company for him/her. I will of course put a disclaimer on the accuracy of the information given by the public. Will companies chase me down with this kind of site?

Secretly , the Administration is pursuing a policy to expand NAFTA politically , setting the stage for a North American Union designed to include the US, Canada , and Mexico .
What they truly want is the free , movemeny of goods and peopleto cross open borders between Canada and Mexico .
Does President Bush intend to abrogate US sovereignty to the NAU , a new economic and political entity that the president is quietly forming , much as the European Union has formed ?

People say it isnt real even though in Washington D.C., it was 60 degrees in December for almost 2 weeks and it even snowed in Mexico! Why do they think that summers are become extremely hot now? Also, the ice caps are melting and hasnt anyone noticed that there has been a lot more natural disasters than ever before? What more evidence do you need?

I was just curious as to what questions the police ask rape victims. Also, what is the proper procedure to deal with a rape victim. As in, what would be the chain of events after they meet up with the victim. (Lets just assume they have a suspect)

Any help is greatly appriciated. Thank you very much. =)
