Depends on how many infractions you already accumulated. It could mean jail time, and a revocation of you license for a while.

That happened to me this past October. I had no clue it was suspended, or I wouldn't have been driving (trust me) I was arrested (luckily I had a nice cop and wasn't put in cuffs) But I am only 17 so it was pretty scary. Anyways I had to go to the DMV and get my license re-instated, which cost me around $250 dollars. And an additional $30 at the police station to bail myself out. It was very over whelming. Oh and I had to go to court and pay another fine! Do not drive with a suspended license, it is so not worth it all the hassle and money!

With me, your automatically arrested, vehicle imounded, and not released until all fees are paid, have a current drivers license (not a suspended one), and proof of insurance. And of course you have to pay all court costs and storage fees.

Not nearly enough, but eventually jail time.
