I was just curious as to what questions the police ask rape victims. Also, what is the proper procedure to deal with a rape victim. As in, what would be the chain of events after they meet up with the victim. (Lets just assume they have a suspect)

Any help is greatly appriciated. Thank you very much. =)

It is a very delicate situation and very tramautizing for the woman. First of all NEVER ask if they are O.K. (of course they are not OK, they just got raped) I always start out with "Are you injured, do you want an ambulance" from there I just chat and let them become as comfortable as possible with me. Then, I warn them I am going to ask very specific and personal questions and to take their time and I will stop for a break as often as needed. Then, you have to get key facts. Did he insert his penis into your vagina? Did he insert his penis into any place on your body? Did he ejaculate? Where did he touch you? Where did he strike you? Were any objects including fingers placed inside any orifice? I think you get the idea. It is a very hard thing because the answers have to be clear, thorough and use proper verbage. Dik, puzzy, cumm, etc. are not admissable in court.
