I mean that there have been some great democratic statesmen and a lot of reasonable leaders in the past, but now the party seems to be full of rabid whining bed-wetting socialists who are angry because they lost to an idiot like george bush twice. Isn't there anyone left in the party with any interest in saving their country?
Before you start with the anti-bush shots, I don't like him either and I am a Libertarian and anti-socialist who believes in personal responsibility instead of government interference!

was the US military so successful killing/capturing all those terrorists, a few years ago, in Afghanistan which has the same very rugged terrain as western Pakistan? If the US military did such a good job with the terrorists in Afghanistan they should be able to do the same in Western Pakistan.

Let´s just say, that perhaps I wanted to start recording the answers on here with a different screen name like bob4gov´t (for example) and then I decided that I wanted to make controlled experiments on the mentality of the groups. I would TOTALLY b bending people over right now (that´s how similar it would be to what I´d b doing) and some of you wouldn´t even KNOW what´s going on. If that was the case, what do you all think would happen??? Let´s keep it ´kosher´ now, I just want to make a point and publish my darn here results here. But let me know how you all feel. Ba bye, for now.

Barack Obama is exactly what this nation needs..his passion to unite the country and put the spotlight on the american people rather tha politics gives me hope...thank god there's a man with some sense running for president...his promises of ending the war in Iraq, improving the environment, and simply giving back to the american people is noteworthy, and his personal background should make no difference...its sad that there's still racism in politics

Why does Bush do basically nothing to stop Al Qaeda & their training camps in Pakistan. Does he think that they are no a major threat to the US? (Remember the terrorists in Pakistan were the ones responsible for 9/11 not the ones in Iraq)

Do you think that the U.S. having a large nuclear arsenal and having invaded Iraq will encourage other countries to start developing nuclear weapons and to reinforce the weapons they have if they are already a nuclear weapons state?

If America uses its nuclear weapons and military might to enforce it interests on other countries, should every country start developing nuclear weapons?

What do you think?

Given that the U.S. did in fact invade a sovereign nation without any validity and on the pretext which was patently false, why do some Americans still believe they're the good guys? Let's honest here, the U.S. invaded and is now an occupying force. They were and are the aggressor, to deny this is, shall we say, not at all honest. My question is, why are Americans surprised by people fighting them? If the U.S. were invaded, I suspect, many of them would be less than pleased. So again I ask? Why this belief in being the good guys? Saddam was a tyrant, so what? the U.S. liked him fine enough when he was doing there bidding. The U.S. cared not one bit, when he was killing the kurds, with their weapons. Why now? We know it wasn't 9/11. We know it wasn't weapons. I suspect the attempt at a global hegemony lead by the U.S.

Opinions, Comments, and I would like hear from some U.S. servicemen what their honest views are.

Supposed in the not-so-distant future, we finally have holodecks (like in Star Trek), would it be ethical to allow people to create individuals to be abused emotionally and physically for their pleasure?

What if sick people create children to be sexually molested and abused while in the holodeck?

Would it be legal and ethical to harm and abuse holodeck creations? Won't they have feelings too?
