Worldwide nuclear option?

Question

Do you think that the U.S. having a large nuclear arsenal and having invaded Iraq will encourage other countries to start developing nuclear weapons and to reinforce the weapons they have if they are already a nuclear weapons state?

If America uses its nuclear weapons and military might to enforce it interests on other countries, should every country start developing nuclear weapons?

only p, what's so selfish about other countries wanting their own nuclear weapons. i'm not talking about iran. i'm talking about any other country that wants to build its nuclear bombs or strengthen its current program like China. if U.S. can have bombs, what's wrong if they do?

America will do everything in its power to stop terrorist regimes like Iran from getting nukes. George W. Bush will not sit by and let Iran obtain the weapons to destroy the world.

A nuclear arsenal gives a country power, and a country enjoys nothing more than power. The M.A.D. theory suggests that nuclear weapons will never be fired at a country with a good nuclear arsenal but that's off the point. Nuclear weapons are wrong. Full Stop. In Hiroshima millions were killed and children are still born missing limbs, today's nuclear weapons are hundreds of more times more powerful than that bomb. No countries should develop nuclear weapons as they can do nothing good annd the countries will keep building up their arsenals to maintain control until a disiaster occurs like in Russia (I an't spell it: Chenobl?). Nuclear weapons are wrong America and evry other country should destroy their stockpiles.

Other countries have been developing nuclear "options" ever since WW2. Iraq is an excuse these other countries use as an end to their own selfish means.
