I purchased a pram on eBay for around £400. Seller cashed my cheque and pram never arrived, and seller now won't return email or phone attempts at contact. I've begun a dispute but am starting to fear it will need to be resolved via the claims process. Problem is, eBay only reimburses up to £120 - so I'm wondering about the best way to get the rest of my money back. Who should I contact about this?

What is done is done! The solution of pulling Iraq together into a solid nation can never be responsibility of the USA. It ultimately comes down to the IRAQI people. I don't really drink that much or do any illegal drugs and not glorifying it or anything but I was wondering since people natural for whatever reason like to alter their mind either by taking a substance(legal or illegal) or other activity that gives them a rush of energy I find it amazing of all the recreational substance our society chooses to take it got to be alcohol. We got substances such as cannabis,kava kava,st. johns wort,etc that is less harmful on the body and mind and rarely if ever causes violence unlike alcohol why can't we just legalise these substance but ban alcohol and classify it same category as cocaine,heroin,meth because I figure prohibition might actually work if we get society to accept the above substance as socially acceptabe drugs?

Take a look at the daily global warming Q/A . Liberal people consistently blame President Bush as if Global Warming only began 6 years ago . What about 7 years ago, or 8, or 10. . . . . ? Who was the President then ? Where was the vitriolic hatred then ?

Our Congress is WASTING time on a NON BINDING resolution about the war - DON'T THEY HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO?

pay to rebuild a nation we just defeated when we have our own needs at home in which money could go to? As a combat veteran I can attest to the fact that war is a living hell, the end of all reason, however half hearted efforts in battle due to restraints placed up on troops by gutless politicans have always increased casualities. I need to know the consecuences of going to renew my residence allien card after being arrested 3 times.
They told me I have to take a letter of disposicion of an arrest, which I have them all. But Do I need anything else...What are the risk involve, do I need to take or do anything else?...Someone please help me...I have the appoitment for the Biometrics at the end of the month.
