I think we should consider all legal courses of action against them, yes. Definitely.

Lincoln would have had him run out of the country, or locked up!

Bush is causing the problem and always did. Pelosi and Murtha have a right for the American voters to make the Bush Administration accountable for the war funds he can't seem to produce where the funds are going too. This is currently under investigation, and Nancy Pelosi went to Iraq first hand to see what is going on with the rebuilding of Iraq. NONE...whether you like it or not, that is what America wants.

Should Dubya be indicted for the deaths of the troops that went to war on bad intel?

In an ideal world, you bet! But this isn't Disneyland so neither will ever happen. Politicians can kill anyone they like with incompetence (Right or Left) and no on EVER holds them accountable!

If they could be held accountable, I'd supply the bullets!

The democrats have made their bed with the anti-war, anti-American far left and they have to do all they can to make Iraq a defeat for the USA. It's sad that they would stab our troops in the back to accomplish their goals.

Focus of the the real loser in this mess, his name is George W. Bush.
Bush is more likely to be charged somewhere in this world and imprisoned for mass murder and war crimes. Like Cheney, Rumsfeld and the others of the US government now charged in European courts. Just a matter of time for Bush.
